Pengaruh green human resource management terhadap organizational citizenship behavior toward the environment dan employee green behaviour yang dimediasi oleh green employee empowerment pada karyawan PT Rembiga Indah di Jakarta.
T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh antara Green Human Resource Management terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward The Environemnt dan Employee Green Behaviour yang dimediasi oleh Green Employee Empowerment pada karyawan PT Rembiga Indah di Jakarta. Variabel independent pada penelitian ini adalah Green Human Resource Management, variabel intervening pada penelittian ini adalah Green Employee Empowerment, variabel dependent pada penelitian ini adalah Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward The Environment dan Employee Green Behaviour. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan metode sensus yaitu penyebaran kuesioner online kepada seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Rembiga Indah di Jakarta yang berjumlah 150 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode SEM.Hasil penelitian ini bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Green Human Resource Management terhadap Green Employee Empowerment,Green Employee Empowerment terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward The Environment,Green Human Resource Management terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward The Environment, Green Human Resource Management terhadap Employee Green Behaviour dan terdapat pengaruh Green Human Resource Management terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward The Environment dan Employee Green Behaviour yang dimediasi oleh Green Employee Empowerment. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk manajer dan pemimpin perusahaan untuk memberikan penghargaan maupun kompensasi kepada para karyawan sehingga karyawan termotivasi dalam melakukan kegiatan pengelolaan lingkungan, serta perusahaan harus mendukung pekerjaan pengelolaan lingkungan yang dilakukan oleh karyawannya, perusahaan harus memberikan petunjuk maupun informasi kepada karyawannya dalam penggunaan perlengkapan kerja sehingga bermanfaat pada saat digunakan dalam aktivitas pengelolaan lingkungan di perusahaan.
T The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Green Human Resource Management on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward The Environment and Employee Green Behaviour mediated by Green Employee Empowerment on employees of PT Rembiga Indah in Jakarta. The independent variable in this study is Green Human Resource Management, the intervening variable in this research is Green Employee Empowerment, the dependent variable in this study is Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward the Environment and Employee Green Behaviour of Employees. The data obtained using the census method, namely the distribution of online questionnaires to all employees who work at PT Rembiga Indah in Jakarta, which reaches 150 people. The data analysis method used in this research is using the SEM method.From the results of this study that there was a positive influence of Green Human Resource Management on Green Employee Empowerment, Green Employee Empowerment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward The Environment, Green Human Resource Management on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward The Environment, Green Human Resource Management on Employee Green Behaviour and there was a Green Human Resource Management influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward The Environment and Employee Green Behavior mediated by Green Employee Empowerment. From the results of this study, it is recommended for managers and company leaders to provide rewards and compensation to employees so that employees are motivated in carrying out environmental management activities, and companies must support environmental management work carried out by their employees, companies must provide instructions and information to employees in the use of equipment. work so that it is useful when used in environmental management activities in the company.
