P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meganalisis Transformational Leadership,Employee Engagement, dan Service Orientation dan menganalisis pengaruhTransformational Leadership terhadap Service Orientation yang dimediasi olehEmployee Engagement di Hotel Bidakara Jakarta. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan frontliner Hotel Bidakara Jakarta yang terdiri dari 104 responden.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan statistikdeskriptif dan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Berdasarkan hasil pengujianpengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Service Orientation yang dimediasi oleh Employee Engagement menunjukkan bahwa Employee Engagement dapat memediasi pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Service Orientation.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadapService Orientation yang dimediasi oleh Employee Engagement, menunjukkan bahwa Employee Engagement dapat memediasi pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Service Orientation dengan p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai estimate (β) sebesar 0,146. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Service Orientation, menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh positif Transformational Leadership terhadap Service Orientation dengan p-value sebesar 0,605 < 0,05 dan nilai estimate (β) sebesar -0,044. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Engagement, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Engagement dengan p-value sebesar 0,024 < 0,05 dan nilai estimate (β) sebesar 0,313. Berdasarkanhasil pengujian pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Service Orientation,menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Employee Engagement terhadap Service Orientation dengan p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai estimate (β) sebesar 0,466.

T This study aims to meganalisis Transformational Leadership, EmployeeEngagement, and Service Orientation and analyze the influence of TransformationalLeadership to Service Orientation mediated by Employee Engagement at HotelBidakara Jakarta. Based on the results of testing the influence ofTransformational Leadership to Service Orientation mediated by Employee Engagement shows that Employee Engagement can mediate the influence of Transformational Leadership to Service Orientation.Based on the results of testing the influence of Transformational Leadership onService Orientation mediated by Employee Engagement, indicating that EmployeeEngagement can mediate the effect of Transformational Leadership to ServiceOrientation with p-value of 0,000 <0,05 and estimate value (β) of 0.146. Based on the result of examination of Transformational Leadership influence toward ServiceOrientation, there is no positive influence of Transformational Leadership towardService Orientation with p-value equal to 0,605 < 0,05 and estimate value (β) equal to - 0,044. Based on the results of examination of the influence of TransformationalLeadership on Employee Engagement, it shows that there is positive influence ofTransformational Leadership to Employee Engagement with p-value equal to 0,024<0,05 and estimate value (β) equal to 0,313. Based on the results of testing the influence of Employee Engagement on Service Orientation, it shows that there is a positive influence of Employee Engagement to Service Orientation with p-value equal to 0,000 < 0,05 and estimate value (β) equal to 0,466.
