T Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengamati prevalensi odontektomi gigi molar ketiga ketiga rahang bawah dikaitkan dengan keluhan subjektif yang dikelompokan berdasarkan usia di klinik Eksekutif RSGM FKG Usakti. Metode : merupakan studi deskriftif menggunakan catatatan medis sebagai data sekunder. Hasil: berdasarkan tahun terdapat 33 kasus odontektomi pada thn 2009, 21 kasus, thn 2010, 39 kasus, thn 2011- 33 kasus, 2012. 15 kasus kasus pd thn 2013, total 141 kasus. berdasarkan keluhan pre-operatif terdapat 50% pasien mengalami sakit, 25% trimus, 16,70%, bengkak, dan 8,30% pusing. Berdasarkan elemen gigi, terdapat jumlah 82 data pada gigi molar ketiga kiri rahang bawah . Kesimpulan: Jumlah kasus odontektomi dari thn 2009 ke 2011 meningkat. Elemen gigi impaksi rahang bawah paling banyak yaitu pada gigi 48.

E Extraction of impacted teeth has became one of the most common procedure in oral surgery. Objective: This study aimed to observe the prevalence of odontectomy cases in third molar mandibular associated with subjective complaints, based on age group at Executive Clinic of Educative Oral Hospital Trisakti University. Methods: A descriptive study using dental record as secondary data at Executive Clinic of Educative Oral Hospital Trisakti University. Results: Based on years, there were 33 odontectomy cases in 2009, 21 cases in 2010, 39 cases in 2011, 33 cases in 2012, and 15 cases in 2013, with total of 141 cases. Based on age groups, there were 41 cases in 15-20 years old, 55 cases in 21-26 years old, 21 cases in 27-32 years old, 12 cases in 33-38 years old, 2 cases in 39-44 years old, 5 cases in 45-50 years old, 3 cases in 51-56 years old, 1 case in 57-62 years old, 0 case in 63-68 years old, and 1 case in 69-74 years old. Based on the presence or absence of subjective complaints, there were 56.25% with subjective complaints and 43.75% with no subjective complaints. Based on subjective complaints, there were 50% pain, 25% trismus, 16.70% swelling, and 8.30% headache. Based on tooth element, there were 82 data in left third molar mandibular and 84 data in right third molar mandibular. Conclusion: The number of odontectomy cases from 2009 to 2011 was increasing. Based on tooth element, the most impacted teeth mandibular was right third molar mandibular. Odontectomy procedure is mostly done in the age group 21-26 years old. Most patients feel pain and do odontectomy if it occurs complications of impacted teeth.
