Analisis dimensi corporate social responsibility terhadap hubungan psychological contract dan Knowledge sharing pada karyawan PT. Televisi Transformasi Indonesia (Trans TV), Jakarta
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dimensi corporate social responsibility terhadap hubungan psychological contract dan knowledge sharing pada karyawan PT Televisi Transformasi Indonesia (Trans TV) di Jakarta.Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 255 responden Karyawan PT Televisi Transformasi Indonesia (Trans TV), Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SEM (Sturctural Equation Model) dengan Amos.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: karyawan PT Televisi Transformasi Indonesia (Trans TV) merasa cukup setuju dengan perusahaan yang sudah menjalankan tanggungjawab sosialnya secara ethical, legal, dan economic. Selain itu, karyawan pun setuju dengan ditepatinya psychological contract oleh perusahaan dan tingkat knowledge sharing yang terjadi antar karyawan pun tinggi dilihat dari responden yang setuju dengan terjadinya knowledge sharing. Kemudian hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan: (1) ethical CSR berhubungan positif terhadap psychological contract, (2) legal CSR tidak memiliki hubungan terhadap keberlangsungan psychological contract, (3) economic CSR tidak memiliki hubungan terhadap psychological contract, (4) psychological contract berhubungan positif terhadap knowledge sharing.Implikasi Manajerial dalam penelitian ini adalah diharapkan perusahaan tetap menjalankan tanggungjawab sosial usahanya secara legal dengan mentaati hukum dan norma-norma, secara ekonomi dapat berkontribusi dengan para pemegang saham seperti memberikan keuntungan yang seadil-adilnya, dan secara etis perusahaan dapat melakukan bakti sosial, membantu rakyat miskin, dan ikut serta dalam pembangunan. Ketika etis CSR dilakukan maka karyawan memiliki persepsi akan terciptanya psychological contract, dalam hal ini manajer harus tetap mentaati janji-janjinya kepada karyawan seperti kenaikan gaji, bonus, serta jabatan. Ketika psychological contract ditepati, karyawan akan merasa percaya kepada organisasinya dan senang dalam membagi pengetahuannya (knowledge sharing).
P Purpose of this study was to analyze dimention of corporate social responsibility towrad relationship between psychological contract on knowledge sharing at employee PT Television Transformation Indonesia (Trans TV) in Jakarta.Data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to 255 respondents Employee PT Television Transformational Indonesia (Trans TV), Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research is simple random sampling. This research using SEM analysis tool (Structural Equation Model) with Amos.The results of this study conclude that: PT TV Transformation Indonesia (Trans TV) employees feel quite agree with companies that already carry out their social responsibilities ethically, legal, and economic. In addition, employees also agree with the completion of psychological contract by the company and the level of knowledge sharing that occurs among employees was high seen from the respondents who agree with the occurrence of knowledge sharing. Hypothesis testing results indicate: (1) ethical CSR has positve relation to Psychological Contract, (2) Legal CSR has not relation to Psychological Contract, (3) Economic CSR has not relation effect to Psychological Contract, (4) Psychological Contract has positive relation to Knowledge Sharing.Managerial implications in this research are expected to keep company's legal business responsibly by obeying law and norms, economically can contribute with shareholders such as giving the fairest benefit, and ethically company can do social service, helping people poor, and participate in development. When ethical CSR is done then employees have a perception of the creation of a psychological contract, in which case managers must keep their promises to employees such as salary increases, bonuses, and positions. When a psychological contract is fulfilled, employees will feel confident in their organization and are happy to share their knowledge (knowledge sharing).
