Abstract

P Penyelesaian permasalahan transportasi publik di wilayah DKI Jakarta salah satunya adalah dengan membangun moda transportasi publik baru berbasis TOD yakni MRT (Mass Rapid Transit). Rencana pembangunan MRT di jakarta sudah dimulai sejak tahun 1985. Pada tahun 2005 Proyek MRT di Jakarta ditetapkan sebagai proyek nasional. Pengadaan proyek MRT di Jakarta salah satunya berada di Kawasan Lebak Bulus. Stasiun Mass Rapid Transit dengan fungsi utama tempat penumpang menunggu, naik, dan turun kereta MRT. Stasiun MRT Lebak Bulus merupakan stasiun elevated yang terintegrasi dengan halte bus transjakarta dan juga terdapat depo, kantor pengelola, workshop, inspection shed, park and ride dan parkir kereta MRT. Stasiun MRT ini diprogram dengan pendekatan arsitektur high-tech yang berfokus pada fungsi utama bangunan dan teknologi yang digunakan di elemen-elemen bangunan. Prinsip-prinsip arsitektur high-tech selaras dengan permasalahan pada proyek stasiun MRT Lebak bulus.

O One of the solutions for problem public transportation in Jakarta could be by building public transportation system based on transit oriented development named Mass Rapid Transit. The plan for Mass Rapid Transit in Jakarta has begun since 1985. In 2005, the projects were set as national project. One of the projects of Mass Rapid Transit is located on Lebak Bulus. The main function of Mass Rapid Transit station is the place where the passangers await, get on and off of the train. MRT station Lebak bulus is elevated station which integrated with transjakarta bus shelter and also there are depo, the office, workshop, inspection shed, park and ride, and MRT train parking lot. MRT station is programming with high-tech architecture approach which focusing on the main function of the building and the technology on the building elements. The principals of high-tech architecture is match with the problem we found on Lebak bulus MRT station project.
