P Penelitian ini yaitu bertujuan untuk Menguji Pengaruh Task Identity, Job Satisfaction Terhadap Turnover Intention pada Hotel Mercure Palu dengan sensus pengambilan Seluruh Karyawan dari tiga departemen yaitu Departemen House keeping, Front office dan Food and Beverage sebanyak total 102 karyawan. Variable yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Task identity, Job satisfaction dan Turnover Intention. Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan program Statistical package for the social package (SPSS) versi 19.0Hasil Dari pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Task identity memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, juga sebaliknya Job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention. Hasil penelitian ini diharapakan dapat memberikan masukan bagi Manajer Hotel Mercure Palu tersebut.
T This study aims to examine the influence of Task Identity, Job Satisfaction Against Turnover Intention on Mercure Palu Hotel with census of all employees from three departments of Department of House keeping, Front office and Food and Beverage totalling 102 employees. Variable used in this research is Task identity, Job satisfaction and Turnover Intention Result In this research is using Statistical Package program for the social package (SPSS) versi 19.0.Results From this study indicate that Task identity has a negative effect on Turnover Intention, and vice versa Job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention. The results of this study are expected to provide input for hotel manager Mercure Hamme.
