T The construction of the Central Java Grand Mosque in Mungkid City, Magelang Regency has a vision that the mosque is not only used as a place to carry out prayers, but also used for several Islamic activities. The location of the Great Mosque of Central Java is on Jl. Soekarno Hatta, Kel. Sawitan, Mungkid City, Magelang Regency, which is on the south side of the Magelang District Government complex. The position of the location is at the intersection of the Magelang - Borobudur - Kalinegoro highway. The composition of the distribution of areas on the site is determined based on the needs of users and managers of the mosque which is divided into 3 areas, namely the commercial area, the activity area and the prayer area. The prayer area is placed in the deepest area (point H.) and is located on the 1st and 2nd floors in order to increase its private nature and avoid road noise, but can still be connected to other areas that have accessibility which can be reached by the corridor. A commercial area is placed at the end of the site in order to facilitate the accessibility of visitors who come from around the area. The activity area is placed to the left and front of the mosque so as not to be disturbed by other religious activities.
