Pengaruh mindfulness, communication competence, well-being, terhadap job satisfaction pada karyawan millenial industri perbankan bumn di jabodetabek
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Mindfulness, Commununcation Competence, Well-being terhadap Job Satisfaction pada karyawan milenial industri perbankan BUMN di JABODETABEK. Data yang dikumpulkan pada peneilitian ini adalah data primer. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah snowball sampling dengan jumlah responden 203 karyawan. Dalam menganalisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji instrument berupa uji validitas, uji reabilitas, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan SPSS versi 23.Dari hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan Mindfulness berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Communication Competence berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, dan Well-being berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction.Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini manajemen perusahaan memberikan program Wellness seperti Yoga dan Meditasi untuk menjaga kesehatan mental dan fisik, Training Communication and Service Excellent untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan pelayanan, Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambahkan variable lain seperti Self-compassion Salazar (2022)
T This study aims to analyze the Effect of Mindfulness, Commununcation Competence, Well-being on Job Satisfaction in millennial employees of the SOE banking industry in JABODETABEK. The data collected in this study is primary data. The method used in the study was snowball sampling with a total of 203 respondents. In analyzing this study, it used instrument test techniques in the form of validity tests, reability tests, and hypothesis testing using simple regression with SPSS version 23.From the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that Mindfulness has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Communication Competence has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, and Well-being has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Managerial implications in this study company management provides Wellness programs such as Yoga and Meditation to maintain mental and physical health, Training Communication and Service Excellent to improve communication and service skills, Further research is expected to add other variables such as Self-compassion Salazar (2022).
