J Jakarta merupakan pusat bisnis, politik, dan kebudayaan di Indonesia. Perkembangan zaman banyak mempengaruhi Indonesia salah satunya dari segi pariwisata. Untuk meningkatkan kepariwisataan Indonesia, maka dikembangkanlah industri kreatif dan hospitality di Indonesia. Untuk menunjang aktifitas hospitality dibutuhkan berbagai sarana atau fasilitas, salah satunya adalah fasilitas restoran. Restoran merupakan suatu tempat usaha yang memberikan pelayanan kepada konsumen untuk fasilitas makanan dan minuman dan bersifat komersil. Restoran dalam perancangan ini adalah restoran Bebek Tepi Sawah yg terletak di sebuah hotel bintang lima di Jakarta. Restoran ini menyajikan berbagai macam hidangan khas Bali dengan penyajian yang modern namun tetap dengan cita rasa khas tradisional yang dipertahankan. Metode perancangan dilakukan dengan melalui tahapan penelitian dari mulai pencarian data, analisa, programming, sampai dengan keputusan desain dan visualisasi gambar.
I Indonesia. Current development affects Indonesia in many ways and one of them is tourism. The creative industry and hospitality are developed to improve Indonesian tourism. Hospitality includes facilities like a restaurant. A restaurant is a place of business that provides commercial food and beverage services to consumers. Located in a five-star hotel in Jakarta, Bebek Tepi Sawah Restaurant became the object of the design. This restaurant provides various authentic traditional Balinese cuisine served in modern style. The design method was carried out through research stages beginning with data collection, analysis, programming, design decision, and image visualization.This restaurant carries Harmony of Ubud theme, a concept exposing characteristics of Ubud Bali in terms of culture and nature. The concept of space atmosphere has a characteristic of Balinese culture in its modern confinement, by applying interior elements that can create a harmonious design unity that is implemented from the shape, color, material, and supporting ornaments. The design aims to create a restaurant design that meets its function and aesthetic value.
