Pengaruh organizational identification, perceived supervisor support, dan job satisfaction terhadap employee performance pada pegawai kemenko Polhukam RI
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Identification, Perceived Supervisor Support, dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Employee Performance. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 189 pegawai Kemenko Polhukam RI. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik uji instrument berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan software SPSS versi 21. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Identification memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance, Perceived Supervisor Support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance, dan Job Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan Organizational Identification manajer dapat melakukan sosialisasi visi dan misi, tujuan, dan strategi instansi kepada pegawai, untuk meningkatkan Perceived Supervisor Support manajer dapat melakukan evaluasi diri untuk memperbaiki proses pengambilan keputusan, untuk meningkatkan Job Satisfaction manajer dapat mengadakan program outing, meninjau kembali waktu kerja, dan meningkatkan mutu fasilitas peralatan kerja, untuk meningkatkan Employee Performance manajer dapat mengadakan sesi brainstorming pada pegawai, memberikan pelatihan kreatifitas, dan memfasilitasi ruangan kreatif.
T This research aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Identification, Perceived Supervisor Support, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. The data collected in this study consists of 189 employees from The Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenko Polhukam RI). Data collection was conducted using a sampling method by distributing questionnaires. In analizing this study, instrument test techniques that used include validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression with SPSS software version 21. The hypothesis testing results show that Organizational Identification has a positive influence on Employee Performance, Perceived Supervisor Support has a positive influence on Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction has a positive influence on Employee Performance. The managerial implications of this research are to enhance Organizational Identification, managers can conduct socialization sessions to communicate the organization's vision, mission, goals, and strategies to employees, to improve Perceived Supervisor Support, managers can engage in self-evaluation to enhance decision-making processes, to boost Job Satisfaction, managers can organize outing programs, review working hours, and enhance the quality of workplace facilities and equipment, to improve Employee Performance, managers can arrange brainstorming sessions for employees, provide creativity training, and facilitate creative workspace environments.
