P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari work interference withpersonal life (WIPL), workplace incivility, dan job satisfaction terhadapemployee performance. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian bersifat dataprimer dan dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diisi oleh karyawanperusahaan asuransi bidang kesehatan di Jakarta Selatan. Metode pengumpulansample menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 250 sampel. Teknikpengolahan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni pengujian instrumenseperti uji validitas dan reabilitas menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa work interference with personal life (WIPL) berpengaruhpositif terhadap employee performance. Workplace incivility pengaruh negatifterhadap employee performance. Job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadapemployee performance. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwakaryawan perushaan asuransi bidang kesehatan di Jakarta Selatan nyaman danmenikmati pekerjaannya tanpa campur tangan kehidupan pribadi. Sehingga karyawan merasakan job satisfaction, hal ini memberikan kepuasan terhadapperusahaan atas employee performance dimana karyawan memberikan kinerjaterbaiknya. Implikasi bagi manajer yaitu diharapkan untuk lebih mengenalikaryawannya dengan membangun komunikasi yang baik dengan sesamakaryawan, dan mengevaluasi kembali kesesuaian jenjang karir dan pendapatanyang didapatkan oleh karyawannya.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of work disturbance on personal life (WIPL),workplace rudeness, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The dataused in this study are primary data and were collected by distributingquestionnaires filled out by employees of health insurance companies in SouthJakarta. The sample collection method used purposive sampling method as manyas 250 samples. The data processing techniques used in this study are instrumenttesting such as validity and reliability tests using SPSS. The results showed thatthe interference with work with personal life (WIPL) had a positive effect onemployee performance. Disrespect in the workplace has a negative effect onemployee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employeeperformance. From the results of this study, it can be said that health insuranceemployees in South Jakarta are comfortable and enjoy their work withoutpersonal intervention. So that employees feel job satisfaction, this givessatisfaction to the company for employee performance where employees provide their best performance. The implication for managers is that they are expected torecognize their employees by building good communication with fellowemployees, and rediscovering the careers and incomes earned by theiremployees.
