Anteseden dan konsekuensi job satisfaction pada perawat vdi RST Dr Soedjono Magelang
T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Surface Acting dan Deep Acting terhadap Job Satisfaction serta pengaruh Job Satisfaction terhadap TurnoverIntention dan Organizational Commitment pada perawat bagian rawat inap di RSTDr. Soedjono Magelang. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah EmotionalLabor dan Job Satisfaction dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalahTurnover Intention dan Organizational Commitment. Data dikumpulkan dari 150perawat yang bekerja pada bagian rawat inap dengan teknik pengumpulan data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metodepurposive sampling. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakananalisis regresi berganda (multiple regression). Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalampenelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh negatif antara Surface Acting terhadapJob Satisfaction, Deep Acting berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, JobSatisfaction berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, dan Job Satisfactionberpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Commitment. Impilasi bagi manajeradalah untuk menjadikan rumah sakit yang semakin berkualitas RST Dr. SoedjonoMagelang harus terus menigkatkan Emotional Labor yang positif yaitu Deep Actingdan terus mengurangi Surface Acting serta berupaya terus meningkatkan JobSatisfaction dari perawat sehingga dapat menurunkan tingkat Turnover yang ada danperawat terus menigkatkan Organizational Commitment.
T The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Surface Acting dan Deep Actingon Job Satisfaction and the effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention andOrganizational Commitment on inpatient nurses at RST Dr. Soedjono Magelang. Theindependent variables in this study were Emotional Labor and Job Satisfaction andthe dependent variables in this study were Turnover Intention and OrganizationalCommitment. Data were collected from 150 nurses who work in the inpatientdepartment. The data collection technique used in this study was non-probabilitysampling with purposive sampling method. The hypothesis test used in this study usesmultiple regression analysis (multiple regression). The results of hypothesis testingin this study indicate that there is a negative influence between Surface Acting onJob Satisfaction, Deep Acting has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, JobSatisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover Intention, and Job Satisfaction has apositive effect on Organizational Commitment. The implication for the manager is tomake a more qualified hospital. RST Dr. Soedjono Magelang must continue toincrease positive Emotional Labor, namely Deep Acting and continue to reduceSurface Acting and strive to continue to increase Job Satisfaction from nurses so thatit can reduce the existing Turnover rate and nurses continue to increaseOrganizational Commitment.
