P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model penjadwalan produksi yang dapat memperhitungkan kapasitas kebutuhan operator, perataan volume produksi dan pengaturan urutan tipe barang yang akan diproduksi dengan menggunakan konsep takt time, serta menilai hubungan antara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi job satisfaction karyawan dan work performance dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Model penjadwalan produksi dengan konsep takt time dengan menggunakan metode Shortest Processing Time (SPT), dan Longest Processing Time (LPT) akan menghasilkan waktu makepan yang sama sesuai dengan waktu kerja yang telah ditentukan. Dari hasil analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) diperoleh persamaan model struktural masing-masing sebagai berikut : nilai koefisien indikator pay sebesar 1,224 dan p-value 0,139 dengan demikian tidak terdapat pengaruh antara indikator pay dengan job satisfaction, nilai koefisien indikator quality of supervision sebesar 3,717 dan p-value 0,001 dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan, semakin tinggi quality of supervision maka akan meningkatkan job satisfaction, nilai koefisien indicator fringe benefit sebesar 1,133 dan p-value 0,003 dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan, semakin tinggi fringe benefit maka akan meningkatkan job satisfaction, nilai koefisien indikator contingent reward sebesar 3,450 dan p-value 0,001 dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan, semakin tinggi contingent reward maka akan meningkatkan job satisfaction, nilai koefisien indikator operation conditions sebesar -1.173 dan p-value 0,002 dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan, semakin tinggi operation conditions maka akan terjadi penurunan job satisfaction, nilai koefisien coworker sebesar 0,751 dan p-value 0,029 dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan, semakin tinggi coworker maka akan meningkatkan job satisfaction, nilai koefisien indikator natures of work sebesar 0,346 dan p-value 0 dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan, semakin tinggi natures of work maka akan meningkatkan job satisfaction, nilai koefisien variabel job satisfaction sebesar -0.004 dan p-value 0,073 dengan demikian tidak ada pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap work performance, nilai koefisien variabel work Performance sebesar -11,087 dan p-value 0,074 dengan demikian tidak ada pengaruh work performance terhadap job satisfaction.

From the results of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, the structural equations of each model are obtained as follows: the coefficient value of the pay indicator is 1.224 and the p-value is 0.139, thus there is no influence between the pay indicator and job satisfaction, the coefficient value of the quality of supervision indicator is 3.717 and p-value 0.001 thus there is a significant positive effect, the higher the quality of supervision it will increase job satisfaction, the value of the fringe benefit indicator coefficient is 1.133 and the p-value is 0.003 thus there is a significant positive effect, the higher the fringe benefit, the higher the fringe benefit will be. increase job satisfaction, the coefficient value of the contingent reward indicator is 3.450 and the p-value is 0.001 thus there is a significant positive effect, the higher the contingent reward will increase job satisfaction, the coefficient value of the operation conditions indicator is -1.173 and the p-value is 0.002 thus,there is a significant negative effect, the higher the operating conditions, the lower the job satisfaction will be, the coworker coefficient value is 0.751 and the p-value is 0.029. Thus, there is a significant positive effect. The higher the coworker, the higher the job satisfaction. work of 0.346 and p-value 0 thus there is a significant positive effect, the higher natures of work will increase job satisfaction, the coefficient value of job satisfaction variable is -0.004 and p-value is 0.073 thus there is no effect of job satisfaction on work performance , the coefficient value of the work Performance variable is -11.087 and the p-value is 0.074, thus there is no effect of work performance on job satisfaction.
