P Perancangan resort perlu memperhatikan beberapa aspek penting sebagaipendukung terciptanya suatu hotel yang memiliki daya tarik sendiri, guna menarikminat para wisatawan untuk menginap di tempat tersebut. Salah satunya adalahlokasi yang strategis,selain keindahan potensi alam dan keberagaman budaya diIndonesia dapat menjadi nilai tambah tersendiri dan menjadi daya tarik bagiwisatawan yang akan menginap ditempat tersebut. Perancangan resort yangdiinginkan juga harus memiliki keterkaitan dengan daerah lokasi tempat dimanaresort tersebut akan dibangun. Keterkaitan yang berhubungan diantaranya bentukresort, pemilihan material dan unsurbudaya yang ada di sekitar kawasan resort.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat aspek apa saja yang diterapkan pada desainresort. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deduktifdan penjabaran mengenai bentuk pola Resort yang disebabkan oleh pengaruhPotensi Alam di kawasan Danau Toba dan faktor budaya karakter fisik yangberpengaruh pada Resort di Danau Toba
T The design of the resort needs to pay attention to several important aspectsas supporting the creation of a hotel that has its own attraction, in order to attracttourists to stay at the place. One of them is a strategic location, in addition to thebeauty of the natural potential and cultural diversity in Indonesia can be a separateadded value and an attraction for tourists who will stay at the place. The design ofthe desired resort must also be related to the area where the resort will be built.The related links include the form of resorts, the selection of materials andunsuccessful culture around the resort area. This study aims to see what aspectsare applied to resort design. This study uses a qualitative method with a deductiveapproach and a description of the shape of the Resort pattern caused by theinfluence of Natural Potential in the Lake Toba region and cultural factors thatinfluence the physical character of the Resort on Lake Toba.
