P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik eksekutif, strategi perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan good corporate governance (gcg) sebagai variabel intervening. penelitian ini menggunakan sampel badan usaha milik negara (bumn) yang listed dan non listed di bursa efek indonesia (bei) tahun 2021-2023. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana data diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi eviews 9. sampel penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. jumlah badan usaha milik negara (bumn) yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 17 perusahaan selama 3 tahun, total sampel penelitian adalah 51 laporan keuangan. penelitian ini menggunakan metode random effect model (rem) dan uji sobel. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik eksekutif tidak berpengaruh terhadap good corporate governance (gcg), strategi perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap good corporate governance (gcg), karakteristik eksekutif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, strategi perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, good corporate governance (gcg) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, good corporate governance (gcg) tidak mampu memediasi hubungan karakteristik perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, good corporate governance (gcg) tidak mampu memediasi hubungan strategi perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
T This study aims to examine the effect of executive characteristics, corporate strategy on company performance with good corporate governance (gcg) as an intervening variable. this study uses a sample of state-owned enterprises (bumn) listed and non-listed on the indonesia stock exchange (idx) in 2021-2023. this research is quantitative research where the data is processed using the eviews 9 application. the sample of this study was selected using purposive sampling. the number of state-owned enterprises (bumn) sampled in this study were 17 companies for 3 years, the total research sample was 51 financial reports. this study uses the random effect model (rem) method and the sobel test. the results showed that executive characteristics had no effect on good corporate governance (gcg), corporate strategy had a significant positive effect on good corporate governance (gcg), executive characteristics had a significant positive effect on company performance, corporate strategy had no effect on company performance, good corporate governance (gcg) had no effect on company performance, good corporate governance (gcg) was unable to mediate the relationship between company characteristics and company performance, good corporate governance (gcg) was unable to mediate the relationship between company strategy and company performance.
