Analisis dampak investasi sosial pt bank central asia, tbk terhadap program peningkatan desa wisata
P Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dampak investasi sosial yang dilakukan PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk terhadap program peningkatan desa wisata dengan melakukan perhitungan Analisis biaya-manfaat & tingkat pengembalian investasi sosial, kontribusi program terhadap pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan, serta analisa penciptaan Inovasi Sosial Perusahaan dalam program peningkatan desa wisata. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa analisis biaya- manfaat dan tingkat pengembalian investasi sosial menunjukkan angka positif, yang berarti keuntungan positif yang tercipta lebih besar dibanding biaya/investasi yang dikeluarkan untuk peningkatan desa wisata. Selain itu, program peningkatan desa wisata berkontribusi pada 6 poin Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan, serta inovasi sosial perusahaan yang tercipta dari dimensi aksesbilitas, amenitas, atraksi mencakup penambahan paket wisata baru dan meningkatkan kepedulian pengunjung terhadap sampah. Pada dimensi SDM, Masyarakat, Industri mencakup inovasi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan, serta menciptakan pengalaman yang mengesankan bagi pengunjung. Pada dimensi Branding, Advertising & Selling mencakup peningkatan kreatifitas dalam promosi di sosial media. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah program pengembangan desa wisata menciptakan perubahan jangka panjang kepada penerima manfaat, seperti peningkatan pendapatan, peningkatan keahlian dan pengetahuan masyarakat setempat, menciptakan kemandirian ekonomi, mendorong penggunaan teknologi dalam bisnis operasi desa wisata, serta menciptakan inovasi sosial dalam mengembangkan atraksi dari sebuah desa wisata. Perubahan dampak tersebut menciptakan hubungan baik antara perusahaan dan stakeholder program, dimana program investasi sosial secara langsung memberikan manfaat bisnis bagi perusahaan, serta mendukung komitmen perusahaan dalam pencapaian ESG, khususnya pada aspek sosial.
T This study was conducted to analyse the impact of social investment made by PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk on the improvement of tourist villages by calculating the cost-benefit analysis & the rate of return on social investment, the contribution of the program to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals, as well as the analysis of the creation of Corporate Social Innovation in the tourist village improvement program. The results of this study prove that the cost-benefit analysis and the rate of return on social investment show positive numbers, which means that the positive benefits created are greater than the costs/investments incurred for the improvement of tourist villages. In addition, the tourism village improvement programme contributes to the 6 points of the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as corporate social innovation created from the dimensions of accessibility, amenity, attractions including the addition of new tour packages and increasing visitors\\\' awareness of waste. In the HR, Community, Industry dimension, it includes innovation in improving services, as well as creating a memorable experience for visitors. The Branding, Advertising & Selling dimension includes increasing creativity in promotion on social media. The managerial implication of this research is that the tourism village development programme creates long-term changes to beneficiaries, such as increasing income, increasing the skills and knowledge of local communities, creating economic independence, encouraging the use of technology in the tourism village operation business, and creating social innovation in developing the attraction aspect of a tourism village. These changes in impact create a good relationship between the company and programme stakeholders, where social investment programmes directly provide business benefits for the company, and support the company\\\'s commitment to achieving ESG, especially in social aspects.
