D Dalam globalisasi yang kompleks ini, faktor-faktor seperti ketidakpastian danrisiko secara langsung menyebabkan hambatan besar dalam mencapai pengirimantepat waktu, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan efisiensi danproduktivitas sehingga pengelolaan ketidakpastian dan risiko rantai pasokanmenjadi prioritas utama di banyak perusahaan. Khususnya dalam industri fastmoving consumer goods, perusahaan menghadapi tantangan karena persainganyang dinamis, cepat, dan ketat serta meningkatnya biaya operasional. Melaluipeningkatan supply chain integration, perusahaan telah berupaya mengelolapeningkatan kompleksitas ini. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisisdampak tiga dimensi supply chain integration yang terdiri dari supplierintegration, internal integration, dan customer integration terhadap operationalperformance melalui tiga dimensi strategi mitigasi risiko proaktif yang terdiri darisupply chain resilience, supply chain responsiveness, supply chain flexibility, diperusahaan fast-moving consumer goods di Indonesia yang berlokasi di PulauJawa. Tesis ini menggunakan data primer dan memperoleh 220 responden dari 50perusahaan fast-moving consumer goods yang terdiri dari 29 perusahaan makanandan minuman, 16 perusahaan non-food dan 5 perusahaan farmasi. Data dianalisismelalui statistik deskriptif dan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS) denganmenggunakan software smartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa ketiga dimensi supply chain integration mempengaruhi setiap dimensistrategi mitigasi risiko proaktif karena kemampuannya dalam berbagi informasidan perencanaan. Supplier integration dan internal integration ditemukan tidakmemiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap operational performance sedangkancustomer integration, supply chain resilience, supply chain responsiveness, dansupply chain flexibility meningkatkan operational performance. Supply chainintegration meningkatkan operational performance melalui setiap dimensistrategi mitigasi risiko proaktif di perusahaan fast-moving consumer goods. Studiini menyarankan agar perusahaan-perusahaan fast-moving consumer goods harusberinvestasi lebih banyak pada pelanggan mereka dan merekomendasikanperusahaan-perusahaan untuk mengembangkan dan memperkuat strategi risikoproaktif mereka terutama memprioritaskan supply chain flexibility karena dampaksignifikan yang lebih tinggi terhadap operational performance.

I In this complex globalization, factors like uncertainty and risk directly causemajor obstacles to achieving on-time delivery, increasing customer satisfaction,and improving efficiency and productivity to the degree that managing supplychain uncertainty and risk becomes a top priority in many companies.Particularly in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, companies facechallenges due to dynamic, rapid, and intense competition and increasingoperational costs. Through increasing supply chain integration, companies haveattempted to manage this increased complexity. This study intends to analyze theimpact of the three dimensions of supply chain integration consisting of supplierintegration, internal integration, and customer integration on operationalperformance through the three dimensions of proactive risk mitigation strategiesconsisting of supply chain resilience, supply chain responsiveness, and supplychain flexibility, in Indonesia’s fast-moving consumer goods companies located inJava Island. This thesis used primary data and obtained 220 respondents from 50fast-moving consumer goods companies consisted of 29 Food and Beveragecompanies, 16 Non Food companies and 9 Pharmaceutical companies. Data wasanalyzed through descriptive statistics and partial least square (PLS) techniqueusing smartPLS software version 3.2.9. The results show that all three supplychain integration dimensions affect each dimension of proactive risk mitigationstrategy because of their ability to share information and planning. Supplierintegration and internal integration were found not to have a significant effect onoperational performance meanwhile customer integration, supply chainresilience, supply chain responsiveness, and supply chain flexibility improveoperational performance. Supply chain integration improves operationalperformance through each dimension of proactive risk mitigation strategy in fastmoving consumer goods companies. This study suggested that fast-movingconsumer goods companies should invest more in their customers and recommendcompanies develop and strengthen their proactive risk strategy especiallyprioritizing supply chain flexibility due to its higher significant impact onoperational performance.
