U Untuk meningkatkan produksikan minyak setelah energi alamiah reservoir berkurang maka diperlukan teknologi pengurasan minyak tahap lanjut (EnhancedOil Recovery). Salah satu teknologi EOR yang digunakan dengan injeksi kimia berupa surfaktan alkali. Penelitian ini digunakan surfaktan Linear Alkyl BenzeneSulfonate (ABS), Sodium Cocoyl Isethionat (SCI), Span-80 dan Metil Ester Sulfonate (MES). Sedangkan alkali digunakan NaOH dan Na2CO3. Ko-Surfaktanyang digunakan Etylene Glikol Mono Butil Eter (EGBE), Isopropil Alkohol (IPA) dan Etanol. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ko-surfaktan dengansurfaktan pada pengujian karakteristiknya. Berdasarkan hasil aqueous stability, Interfacial tension (IFT), Kelakukan fasa, thermal stability dan imbibisi.Surfaktan ABS 0.3% + NaCL 2% + EGBE 0.5% dilakukan pengujian aqueous stability terdapat larut bening kemudian nilai IFT didapatkan yaitu 0.359 dyne/cm,terbentuk emulsi fase tengah. Pengujian imbibisi didapatkan nilai recovery factor minyak dengan nilai 66.92%. Surfaktan SCI 0.3% + NaCL 5% + EGBE 0.5%dilakukan pengujian aqueous stability terdapat larut bening kemudian nilai IFT didapatkan yaitu 0.270 dyne/cm terbentuk emulsi fasa tengah. Pengujian imbibisi didapatkan nilai recovery factor minyak adalah 51.28%. Surfaktan MES 0.3% + NaCL 5% + EGBE 0.5% dilakukan pengujian aqueous stability terdapat larutbening kemudian nilai IFT didapatkan yaitu 0.359 dyne/cm terbentuk emulsi fase tengah. Pengujian imbibisi didapatkan nilai recovery factor minyak 79.15%.

The results of ABS 0.3% + NaCL 2% + EGBE 0.5% were aqueous stability test where there was clear solubility, the IFT value was obtained, namely0.359 dyne / cm, the emulsion was formed in the middle phase. The imbibition test showed that the surfactant recovery factor value was 66.92%. The results ofSCI 0.3% + NaCL 5% + EGBE 0.5% were aqueous stability test, there was clear dissolution and emulsion formed in the middle phase. The imbibition test showedthat the recovery factor of SCI surfactant 0.3% + NaCL 5% + EGBE 0.5% was 51.28%. The result of MES value 0.3% + NaCL 5% + EGBE 0.5% is aqueousstability test where there is clear solubility, the IFT value obtained is 0.359 dyne / cm, emulsion is formed in the middle phase. The imbibition test showed that thesurfactant recovery factor was 79.15%.
