K Keanekaragaman dan kelimpahan sumber daya alam Indonesia, termasuk sumber daya laut dan pesisir, telah mempercepat pertumbuhan industri pariwisata.Kawasan Pantai Ujung Genteng di Pangumbahan, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu pantai di Indonesia yang banyak diminati pengunjung.Tujuan memenuhi rasa ingin tahu seseorang merupakan suatu perjalananpariwisata dimana perjalanan tersebut adalah wujud dari ketertarikan seseorang pada suatu objek wisata. Penelitian ini melakukan pengamatan mengenai sejauhmana dampak strategi pemasaran word of mouth terhadap group package tour dan leader tour berdasarkan kepuasan tour member di lokasi wisata Ujung Genteng.Pengujian hipotesis digunakan sebagai rancangan penelitian pada penelitian ini, yaitu peneliitian yang memiliki tujan untuk menguji hipotesis, yang padaumumnya menjelaskan tentang kerakteristik relasi tertentu atau perbedaanperbedaan antara kelompok atau lebih dari satu situasi. penelitian inimenggunakan cross-sectional study, yakni suatu pendekatan yang sifatnya sesaat pada suatu waktu dan tidak diikuti terus-menerus dalam kurun waktu tertentu.Pengujian Validitas dilakukan dengan Construct Validity dan Content Validity. Terdapat pengaruh positif tour member leader terhadap positive emotions, haltersebut menandakan ada hubungan atau komunikasi yang baik antara tour member dengan tour member leader dalam suasana group package tour. Terdapatpengaruh positif tourist satisfaction terhadap word of mouth. Persepsi sikap pengunjung dengan merasakan kepuasan terhadap pelayanan dan informasi yangdiberikan mengenai tempat wisata yang dikunjungi, mengakibatkan pengunjung menyebarkan informasi positif dan merekomendasikan kepada rekan, kerabat dankeluarga

T The diversity and abundance of Indonesia's natural resources, including marine and coastal resources, has accelerated the growth of the tourism industry. TheUjung Genteng Beach area in Pangumbahan, Sukabumi Regency, West Java is one of the beaches in Indonesia that attracts a lot of visitors. The purpose offulfilling one's curiosity is a tourism trip where the trip is a manifestation of one's interest in a tourist attraction. This study made observations about the extent towhich the impact of word of mouth marketing strategies on group package tours and tour leaders based on tour member satisfaction at the Ujung Genteng touristsite. Hypothesis testing is used as a research design in this study, namely research that has the aim of testing hypotheses, which generally explain the characteristicsof certain relationships or differences between groups or more than one situation. This research uses a cross-sectional study, which is an approach that ismomentary in nature and is not followed continuously over a certain period of time. Validity testing is done with Construct Validity and Content Validity. Thereis a positive influence of the tour member leader on positive emotions, this indicates that there is a good relationship or communication between the tourmember and the tour member leader in a group package tour atmosphere. There is a positive effect of tourist satisfaction on word of mouth. The perception ofvisitors' attitudes by feeling satisfied with the services and information provided about the tourist attractions visited, resulted in visitors spreading positiveinformation and recommending it to colleagues, relatives and family.
