P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Knowledge OrientedLeadership, Team Behaviors, dan Teamwork, terhadap Team Performance denganvariabel Team Learning sebagai mediasi di BPK RI. Data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini merupakan data primer yang bersumber dari kuesioner dalam googleform yang disebarkan kepada responden. Sampel penelitian adalah pegawai BadanPemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK RI) di wilayah Indonesia denganmenggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 283 responden yangmenjadi sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis menggunakanmetode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan program Analysisof Moment Structure (AMOS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KnowledgeOriented Leadership dan Team Behaviors berpengaruh secara positif terhadapTeam Performance di BPK RI baik secara langsung maunpun dengan mediasivariabel Team Learning. Sedangkan pada variabel Teamwork tidak berpengaruhsecara langsung terhadap Team performance dan berpengaruh secara langsungterhadap Team performance apabila melalui mediasi Team learning

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Knowledge Oriented Leadership, TeamBehaviors, and Teamwork on Team Performance with the variable TeamLearning as mediation at BPK RI. The data used in this study is primary datasourced from questionnaires in the Google form which are distributed torespondents. The research samples were employees of the Supreme Audit Agencyof the Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI) in the territory of Indonesia using apurposive sampling method to obtain 283 respondents as samples. Analysis of thedata used to test the hypothesis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)analysis method with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) program. Theresults of the study show that Knowledge Oriented Leadership and TeamBehaviors have a positive effect on Team Performance at BPK RI, both directlyand through the mediation of Team Learning variables. Meanwhile, theTeamwork variable has no direct effect on Team performance and has a directeffect on Team performance if it is through Team learning mediation.
