Pengaruh workplace spirituality terhadap employee creativity di mediasi intrinsic motivation dan psychological empowerment pada industri asuransi di masa pandemic covid 19
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Workplace Sprirituality terhadapEmployee Creativity melalui Psychological Empowerment dan Intrinsic Motivation diIndustri Asuransi Wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menambahkan variabelIntrinsic Motivation. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalahanalisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) memakai bantuan software AMOS(Analysis of Moment Structure). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesionersecara langsung dimana data disebarkan menggunakan kuesioner online menggunakangoogle form. hasil kuesioner mendapatkan jumlah sampel yaitu 290 respondenkaryawan Human Resources yang bekerja pada 4 (Empat) perusahaan asuransi jiwa(PT. Prudential Life, PT. Zurich Topas Life, PT. Alianz Life, PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya)yang ada di Wilayah Jakarta Selatan, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1)Workplace Spirituality berpengaruh positif terhadap Psychological Empowerment, (2)Workplace Spirituality berpengaruh positif terhadap Intrinsic Motivation, (3)Workplace Spirituality tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Creativity, (4)Psychological Empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadap Intrinsic Motivation, (5)Psychological Empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Creativity, (6)Intrinsic Motivation tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Creativity, (7)Workplace Spirituality terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap Employee Creativity melaluiPsychological Empowerment, (8) Psychological Empowerment tidak dapatberpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Creativity melalui Intrinsic Motivation, (9)Workplace Spirituality berpengaruh positif terhadap Psychological Empowermentmelalui Intrinsic Motivation.
T This study aims to analyze the influence of Workplace Sprirituality on EmployeeCreativity through Psychological Empowerment and Intrinsic Motivation in the SouthJakarta Insurance Industry. This study adds the variable Intrinsic Motivation. Theanalysis method used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysisusing the help of AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) software.
