S Sepak bola adalah olahraga yang paling populer di dunia dan sudah masuk ke dalam ranah entertaintment (hiburan). sementara ini Adidas masih memenangi pangsa pasar "sepakbola" dengan 38% market share diikuti pesaing terdekatnya Nike dengan 36% market share (Rohlman, 2013). Lebih dari 18 tahun PT. Panarub Industri digandeng Adidas sebagai mitra produksi sepatu sepak bola. Dalam mempertahankan konsistensinya PT. Panarub Indutri menaruh serius terhadap masalah kualitas dan pengiriman. Sehingga apabila terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman dari perusahaan subcountnya, PT. Panarub industri akan memberikan claim/pinalty. Keberhasilan OSE (Overall Supplier Effectiveness) dari setiap perusahaan subcount dapat dilihat dari performa RFT (Right First Time) prosesnya dan proses press di PT. Multi Kreasi Mandiri adalah proses yang menjadi kendala dalam pemenuhan OSE ke PT. Panarub Industri dengan rata -rata RFT per bulan hanya mencapai 74,03 % dari standar 95%.Terdapat 17 jenis defect yang menyebabkan RFT proses press tidak mencapai standar 95%. Dan berdasarkan metode pareto diperoleh defect terbesar adalah defect open bonding dengan rata — rata defect perbulan 9.911,8 prs (RFT 80,06%). Ditemukan 2 critical point pada proses press yang menyebabkan terjadinya defect open bonding yang salah satunya adalah penggunaan material baker yang tidak tepat. Pada sistem saat ini digunakan jenis material baker : merabon, teplon, kanvas putih, dan kanvas coklat. Dari ke empat material baker ini belum bisa ditentukan material baker mana yang memberikan hasil bonding yang optimal. Dalam model sistem pemilihan material baker, ditentukan kriteria pemilihan berdasarkan pada kriteria : kuat, tahan lama, ketebalan, harga dan waktu proses. Penentuan kriteria ini berdasarkan dari hasil pengolahan kuesioner terhadap beberapa pakar/narasumber. Dari hasil kuesioner dilakukan proses pengukuran kriteria penilaian di lantai produksi line A selama 5 hari pada tanggal 5 Oktober 2015 s/d 9 Oktober 2015. Dan dirancanglah sebuah model sistem pemilihan material baker dengan metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by similarity To Ideal Solution). Dan hasil dari pengolahan data diperoleh jenis material baker yang dipilih dengan solusi terbaik adalah kanvas coklat dengan nilai preferensi Vi sebesar 0,7783.

So that if there is a delay in delivery from its subcount company, PT. Panarub industry will give a claim/penalty. The success of OSE (Overall Supplier Effectiveness) of each subcount company can be seen from the performance of the RFT (Right First Time) process and the press process at PT. Multi Kreasi Mandiri is a process that becomes an obstacle in fulfilling OSE to PT. Panarub Industri with an average RFT per month only reached 74.03 % from the 95% standard.There are 17 types of defects that cause the RFT of the press process to not reach the 95% standard. And based on the Pareto method, the largest defect is the open bonding defect with an average monthly defect of 9,911.8 prs (RFT 80.06%). Found 2 critical points in the press process that caused an open bonding defect, one of which was the use of inappropriate baking material. In the current system, types of baking materials are used: merabon, teplon, white canvas, and brown canvas. Of these four baking materials, it is not possible to determine which baking material will provide optimal bonding results. In the fuel selection system model, the selection criteria are determined based on the following criteria: strength, durability, thickness, price and processing time. Determination of these criteria is based on the results of processing a questionnaire to several experts/resources. From the results of the questionnaire, the assessment criteria measurement process was carried out on the production floor line A for 5 days from October 5, 2015 to October 9, 2015. And a model for the material selection system was designed using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by similarity To Ideal Solution) method. . And the results of data processing obtained the type of baking material chosen with the best solution is brown canvas with a preference value of 0.7783 Vi.
