P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi organizational culture terhadap loyalty dengan variabel employee organizational culture sebagai variabel yang diduga dapat memediasi pengaruh organizational culture dan loyalty. organizational culture pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada teamwork, respect for people, outcome orientation, stability, dan attention to details sebagai dimensi dari organizational culture. data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang bersumber dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang relevan dengan objek penelitian. sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 179 responden yang menjadi sampel. analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis yaitu structural equation modelling (sem) dengan menggunakan program smartpls. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi outcome orientation dan stability memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee organizational commitment. selain itu, variabel employee organizational commitment terbukti dapat memediasi pengaruh positif antara dimensi outcome orientation dan stability terhadap loyalty. hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi bahwa penerapan outcome orientation dalam lingkungan kerja dapat berperan dalam mempertahankan sekaligus meningkatkan employee organizational commitment dari para karyawan. selain itu, keberadaan dan penguatan aspek stability di lingkungan kerja dapat membantu mempertahankan serta mendorong peningkatan employee organizational commitment di industri kebandarudaraan.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture dimensions on loyalty, with employee organizational commitment as a mediating variable that is presumed to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and loyalty. the organizational culture in this study is focused on the dimensions of teamwork, respect for people, outcome orientation, stability, and attention to detail. the data used in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents relevant to the research object. the research sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 179 respondents. the data analysis used for hypothesis testing is structural equation modelling (sem) with the smartpls program. the results show that the dimensions of outcome orientation and stability have a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. furthermore, employee organizational commitment is proven to mediate the positive influence of outcome orientation and stability on loyalty. these findings indicate that implementing outcome orientation in the workplace can play a role in maintaining and enhancing employees\\\' organizational commitment. additionally, the presence and strengthening of stability in the work environment can help sustain and foster the development of employee organizational commitment in the airport industry.
