P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisi pengaruh organizational commitment, job statisfaction, performance guidance and development terhadap intent to stay pada karyawan dealer motor Yamaha di Tangerang. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 161 responden dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel purposive sampling dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dealer motor Yamaha di Tangerang. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan perhitungan statistic deskriftif menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendukung seluruh hipotesis mengenai organizational commitment, job statisfaction, performance guidance and development dan intent to stay. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi manajer sumber daya manusia bagaimana meningkatkan dan mempertahankan organizational commitment, job statisfaction, performance guidance and development terhadap intent to stay pada karyawan dealer motor Yamaha di Tangerang.

T This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, job statistics, performance guidance and development on intent to stay on Yamaha motorcycle dealer employees in Tangerang. The sample used in this study were 161 respondents using purposive sampling method and the sample used in this study were employees. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the simple linear regression method with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study support all hypotheses regarding organizational commitment, job statistics, performance guidance and development and intent to stay. This research has implications for human resource managers on how to improve and maintain employee performance towards the company on Yamaha motorcycle dealer employees in Tangerang.
