P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perception of Effectiveness of Communication Initiatives, Perception of Effectiveness of HR Practices, Perception of Cultural Congruence terhadap Employee Trust. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 160 responden dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel purposive sampling dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Prasarana Permukiman Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPSS versi 25. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh pengaruh Perception of Effectiveness of Communication Initiatives terhadap Employee Trust, tidak terdapat pengaruh Perception of Effectiveness of HR Practices terhadap Employee Trust, terdapat pengaruh Perception of Cultural Congruence terhadap Employee Trust. Dari hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi kepada manajer untuk lebih baik lagi memperhatikan karyawannya dalam menjalankan kegiatan dalam perusahaan dari segi efektifitas inisiatif berkomunikasi, efektifitas praktik SDM dan kesesuaian budaya dalam organisasi yang dapat menjadikan kepercayaan karyawan secara keseluruhan.

C Communication Initiatives, Perception of Effectiveness of HR Practices, Perception of Cultural Congruence on Employee Trust. The sample used in this study as manyas 160 respondents by using purposive sampling sample withdrawal method and the sample used in this study are employees Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Prasarana Permukiman Provinsi Sumatera Barat. The method of analysis of this study uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS software version 25. In this study there was a effect Perception of Effectiveness of Communication Initiatives on Employee Trust,there was a not effect of Perception of Effectiveness of HR Practices on Employee Trust, there was a effect of Perception of Cultural Congruence on Employee Trust.The results of this study have implications for managers to better pay attention to their employees in carrying out activities in the company in terms of the effectiveness of communication initiatives, the effectiveness of HR practices and cultural congruence in organizations that can make employee confidence as a whole.
