T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh affective commitmentdan perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT.Sungai Budi Group di Tangerang. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalahaffective commitment, perceived organizational support dan variabel dependendalam penelitian ini adalah turnover intention. Responden dalam penelitian inisebanyak 160 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakanmetode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling.Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan alat analisis berupa RegresiBerganda.Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapatpengaruh Affective Commitmemt terhadap turnover intention dan terdapat pengaruhPerceived Organizational Support terhadap turnover intention. Hasil dari penelitianini diharapkan dapat mempertahankan Affective commitment dan perceivedorganizational support sehingga dapat mengurangi turnover intention pada PT.Sungai Budi Group di Tangerang.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of affective commitment and perceivedorganizational support on turnover intention of PT. Sungai Budi Group in Tangerangemployees. The independent variable in this study are affective commitment,perceived organizational support and the dependent variable in this study is turnoverintention. o take the sample using purposive sampling method. The respondents inthis study are 160 employees. Sampling in this study used a non-probability samplingmethod with a purposive sampling approach. As for testing the hypothesis, the use ofan analytical tool in the form of Multiple Regression.The results of hypothesis testing in this study showed that there was anaffective commitmemt influence on turnover intention and there was perceivedorganizational support influence on turnover intention. The results of this study areexpected to maintain Affective commitment and perceived organizational support soas to reduce turnover intentions in PT. Sungai Budi Group in Tangerang.
