Abstrak
Abstract

P Pesatnya pertumbuhan populasi di Indonesia termasuk dalam kategori yang sangat tinggi daripada negara tetangga lain. Faktor peningkatan populasi tersebut juga harus diimbangi juga dengan kebutuhan fasilitas tempat tinggal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kondisi rumah yang baru dibeli dan untuk mengetahui nilai tingkat kepuasan penghuni perumahan Puri Bukit Hijau. Penelitian ini didapat dengan mengukur tingkat kepuasan para penghuni Perumahan Bukit Hijau dilihat dari kondisi fisik bangunan, fasilitas, lingkungan, perawatan serta pelayanan sarana dan prasarana. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Selain metode IPA hasil penelitian juga dibantu dengan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan diolah dengan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa puas penghuni perumahan, hanya saja ada beberapa variabel yang masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi yaitu model bangunan rumah, pencahayaan dalam rumah, jumlah dan ukuran kamar serta titik kumpul evakuasi. Dikarenakan situasi dan kondisi saat ini yang berdampingan dengan COVID-19 variabel pencahayaan dalam rumah sangat dibutuhkan agar penghuni bisa mendapatkan cahaya matahari yang cukup di dalam rumah.

T The rapid population growth in Indonesia is included in the category that is very high compared to other neighboring countries. The factor of increasing population must also be balanced with the need for residential facilities. The purpose of the study was to determine the condition of the newly purchased house and to determine the value of the satisfaction level of residents of Puri Bukit Hijau housing. This research was obtained by measuring the level of satisfaction of the residents of Bukit Hijau Housing seen from the physical condition of the building, facilities, environment, maintenance and services of facilities and infrastructure. This research method uses Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). In addition to the IPA method, the research results are also assisted by the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method and processed with the SPSS program. The results of the research that has been done to find out how satisfied the residents of the housing are, it's just that there are several variables that still need to be improved, namely the model of the house building, lighting in the house, number and size of rooms and evacuation gathering points. Due to the current situation and conditions that coexist with COVID-19, lighting variables in the house are needed so that residents can get enough sunlight in the house.
