Hubungan obesitas dengan dispepsia fungsional usia produktif 15 - 64 tahun
D Dispepsia merupakan penyakit tidak menular. Penyakit tidak menular saat ini menjadi penyebab morbiditas dan mortalitas di dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Dispepsia dibagi menjadi dua yaitu dispepsia fungsional dan dispepsia organik. Dispepsia Fungsional memiliki arti adanya kelainan namun tanpa ada perubahan struktur organ tubuh. Menurut depkes RI pada tahun 2011, dispepsia termasuk dalam 10 besar penyakit rawat inap di rumah sakit tahun 2010.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan obesitas dan faktor sosiodemografi dengan dispepsia fungsional pada usia produktif (15 - 64 tahun). Penelitian menggunakan metode yang bersifat observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. subjek yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 123 orang yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Kelurahan Lebak Bulus. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara mewawancara subjek menggunakan kuisioner kriteria Roma III yang berisi pertanyan seputar gejala dispepsia fungsional. Pengukuran terhadap obesitas diperlukan dengan cara mengukut Indeks Massa Tubuh.Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 21 dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05. Analisis bivariat menunjukan adanya hubungan bermakna antara obesitas (p = 0,001) dengan dispepsia fungsional. Sementara adanya hubungan tidak bermakna antara jenis kelamin (p = 0,187), Usia (p = 0,677), dan pekerjaan (p = 0.373) dengan kejadian dispepsia fungsional pada usia produktif (15 - 64 tahun).Analisis univariat didapatkan hasil subjek mayoritas berusia 15 - 49 tahun, berjenis kelamin wanita, bekerja, dan obesitas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil penelitian hubungan obesitas dengan kejadian dispepsia fungsional pada usia produktif ( 15 - 64 tahun).
D Dyspepsia are divided into two types which are Functional Dyspepsia and Organic Dyspepsia. Functional Dyspepsia is defined to have an abnormality, but it does not have changes in the organs. Dyspepsia can be experienced with various stage of age, gender, and socio-economic. According to the Ministry of Health from the Republic of Indonesia in 2011, Dyspepsia is in the top ten list of the biggest disease that causes people to be hospitalized in 2010. The purpose of this research was to determined the relation of obesity with functional dyspepsia in the productive ages (15-64 years old). This research uses an observational method and an approach of cross-sectional. The observation that was conducted it needed 123 people to be a subject, these subject was taken at a Public Health Centre In South Jakarta, Lebak Bulus. The data was collected by interviewing those who volunteered in the public health center, the interview itself is based on the criteria that it is mentioned in the (Roma III) which includes questions around functional dyspepsia. Other than that, data of weight and height was collected from the subjekts to calculate the Body Mass Index. From all the data that was collected, analysis is conducted with using an analytical software, SPSS version 20 with the accuracy of 0,05. The bivariate analysis has shown an essential relation with obesity (p = 0.001) with functional dyspepsia. While there is an unessential relation with gender (p = 0.187), age (p = 0,0677), and occupation (p = 0.0373) with functional dyspepsia occurring at the productive age (15-64 years old). The univariate analysis has an outcome the majority age of 15 – 49 years old, that are woman, with a status of being employed, and obesity. This research has shown obesity have an effect towards when a functional dyspepsia occurs at the productive age (15-64 years old).
