P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalis peran Interface Quality, Aplication Insentiv, Security Privacy, Terdadap Flow experince dan Purchase Intention terhadap penyedia platfoam aplikasi marketplace. Sample yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 240 responden. Unit dalam penelitian ini ialah konsumen yang mempergunakan aplikasi marketplace online sebagai belanja mereka. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling data dianalisis pengujian menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan mengumpulkan data primer, yaitu dari karakteristik responden secara langsung melalui Google Form yang disebar secara online dengan media sosial . Jenis data berdasarkan priode waktunya yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Cross SectionalHasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) Interface Quality berpengaruh terhadap Flow experience. (2) Aplicatoin Insentive tidak berpengaruh terhadap flow experience. (3) Security Privacy berpengaruh terhadap flow experience. (4) Interface Quality berpengaruh terhadap Purchase Intention. (5) Aplication Insentive tidak berpengaruh terhadap Purchase Intention. (6) Security privacy berpengaruh terhadap Purchase Intention. (7) Flow experience berpengaruh terhadap Purchase Intention. (8) Interface Quality terhadap Purchase Intention. (9) Flow experience tidak memediasi hubungan antara Aplication Incentive terhadap Purchase Intention. (10) Flow experience (FE) tidak memediasi hubungan antara Security Privacy (SP) terhadap Purchase Intention (PI). Implikasi manajerial kualitas antarmuka yang baik dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna inventasikan untuk memahami kebutuhan, preferensi dan perilaku pengguna, mengidentifikasi segmen pasar yang berbeda dan tawaran insentif yang relevan bagi masing masing segmen, kebijakan privasi dan beri pemahaman bagaimana informasi tentang data mereka gunakan, patuhi peraturan privasi data. performa teknologi pastikan aplikasi memuat halaman lebih cepat, aplikasi responsiif, menarik minat beli strategi pemasaran yang efektif lakukan pemasaran yang target pada segmen pengguna pastikan pembelian mereka yang berkelanjutan.

T This research aims to test and analyze the role of Interface Quality, Application Insentive, Security Privacy, to Flow Experience and Purchase Intention in marketplace application platform providers. The sample used in this research was 240 respondents. The units in this research are consumers who use online marketplace applications for their shopping. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The data collection technique in this research is to collect primary data, namely from the characteristics of respondents directly via Google Form which is distributed online via social media. The type of data based on the time period used in this research is Cross Sectional.The results of this research are: (1) Interface Quality influences the Flow experience. (2) Aplicatoin Incentive has no effect on flow experience. (3) Security Privacy influences flow experience. (4) Interface Quality influences Purchase Intention. (5) Application Insentive has no effect on Purchase Intention. (6) Security privacy influences Purchase Intention. (7) Flow experience influences Purchase Intention. (8) Interface Quality on Purchase Intention. (9) Flow experience does not mediate the relationship between Application Insentive and Purchase Intention. (10) Flow experience (FE) does not mediate the relationship between Security Privacy (SP) and Purchase Intention (PI). Managerial implications of good interface quality can improve user experience invest in understanding user needs, preferences and behavior, identify different market segments and offer relevant incentives for each segment, provide privacy policies and provide an understanding of how information about their data is used, comply with privacy regulations data. technology performance ensures the application loads pages faster, the application is responsive, attracts purchasing interest, effective marketing strategies, carry out targeted marketing at user segments, ensure their continued purchases.
