Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang nilai perusahaansektor keuangan dan untuk mengetahui â€œPengaruh good corporate governance denganindikator (dewan direksi, dewan komisaris dan komite audit), corporate socialresponsibility dan intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaansektor keuangan terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2022â€. Data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan danlaporan keberlanjutan perusahaan perbankan. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakanteknik purposive sampling. Perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria berjumlah 43 dari 47perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik analisis data yang digunakanadalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi dengan analisis regresi linerberganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa goodcorporate governance dengan indikator (dewan direksi, dewan komisaris dan komiteaudit), corporate social responsibility dan intellectual capital berpengaruh positif dansiginifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

T The purpose of this study was to provide an overview of the value of financialsector companies and to determine "The effect of good corporate governance withindicators (board of directors, board of commissioners and audit committee),corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital on firm value in financial sectorcompanies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2020-2022â€. The data used inthis research is secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability reportsof banking companies. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique.Companies that meet the criteria are 43 out of 47 banking companies listed on theIDX. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classic assumption test,regression test with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of thisstudy indicate that good corporate governance with indicators (board of directors,board of commissioners and audit committee), corporate social responsibility andintellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on firm value.
