H Hilton Air conditioning laboratory unit adalah sebuah alat simulasi untuk prosespengkondisian udara yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai macam proses psikometrikseperti pemanasan (heating), pendinginan (cooling), penambahan danpengurangan kandungan air di udara (humidifying-dehumidifying). Sistempengukuran yang dirancang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sensor DHT22 dansensor Infrared Obstacle Avoidance berbasis mikrokontroler yaitu Arduino Unountuk dapat menghasilkan data pengukuran kelembaban, temperatur dankecepatan udara pada Hilton Air conditioning laboratory unit melalui softwarePLX-DAQ. Berdasarkan uji data air heater, immersion heater, dan gabungan airheater dan immersion heater dengan daya 1 KW pada bagian dalam ruangandengan rata-rata kecepatan udara 6.9-18.19 m/s didapatkan kelembaban yangkonstan 79% dan kenaikan kelembaban 1,5%. Suhu dalam ruangan konstan 33-34°C. Sedangkan pada bagian CHAMBER D didapatkan kenaikan kelembabansekitar 2%-6%, dan suhu dalam CHAMBER D memiliki penurunan temperatursebesar 0.1 - 0.5 °C. Dari hasil tersebut maka sistem pengukuran data real-timedengan sistem Arduino layak diaplikasikan ke sistem Hilton Air conditioninglaboratory unit.
T The Hilton Air conditioning laboratory unit is a simulation tool for airconditioning processes that is equipped with various psychometric processes suchas heating, cooling, adding and reducing moisture in the air (humidifyingdehumidifying).The measurement system designed in this study uses a DHT22sensor and an Arduino Uno-based Infrared Obstacle Avoidance sensor to be ableto generate humidity, temperature and air velocity measurement data on the HiltonAir conditioning laboratory unit through the PLX-DAQ software. Based on thedata test of air heater, immersion heater, and a combination of air heater andimmersion heater with a power of 1 KW in the interior of the room with anaverage air velocity of 6.9-18.19 m/s, the humidity is constant 79% and thehumidity increase is 1.5%. Constant indoor temperature 33-34 °C. Meanwhile, inthe CHAMBER D section, there is an increase in humidity of about 2%-6%, andthe temperature in CHAMBER D has a temperature decrease of 0.1 - 0.5 °C.From these results, the real-time data measurement system with the Arduinosystem is feasible to be applied to the Hilton Air conditioning laboratory unitsystem.
