Abstract

P Perencanaan Bangunan Pengolahan Air Bersih untuk Taiwan Industrial Park ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih di seluruh kawasan. Taiwan Industrial Park adalah kawasan industri dengan standar internasional dan modern yang dilengkapi dengan hunian. Kawasan ini dibangun pada area seluas Â± 218,5 ha yang terletak di desa Margamulya, Kecamatan Telukjambe Barat, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat. Sebagai salah satu fasilitas penunjang dan langkah kepedulian terhadap lingkungan maka direncanakan akan dibangun Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA) dengan kapasitas 13.000 m3/hari. Sumber air yang digunakan untuk sistem pengolahan air bersih ini menggunakan air baku dari Sungai Beet. Pemilihan unit-unit pengolahan berdasarkan analisis kualitas air baku Sungai Beet yang dibandingkan dengan baku mutu yang digunakan yaitu Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 492/MEN.KES/PER/IV/20!0. Parameter-parameter yang perlu diolah antara lain kekeruhan, besi, fecal coliform dan total coliform. Unit-unit IPA Taiwan Industrial Park antara lain :Terdapat 2 (dua) macam bahan k1m1a yang d1gunakan yaitu koagulan dan desinfeksi. Koagulan yang digunakan adalah PAC (Poly Alumunium Chloride) dengan dosis optimum sebesar 8 ppm. Sedangkan desinfektan yang digunakan adalah Sodium Hipoklorit (NaOCI) dengan dosis optimum 6 ppm. Anggaran biaya yang direncanakan untuk membangun keseluruhan instalasi pengolahan air minum Taiwan Industrial Park ini adalah Rp. 3.811.984.986,-. Pemantauan terhadap seluruh proses pengolahan yang dilakukan setiap hari akan menjamin kualitas air hasil olahan tetap sesuai dengan standar yang digunakan.

W Water treatment plant of Taiwan Industrial Park is designed to fulfill the clean water demand for all of the area. Taiwan Industrial Park is a modern industrial estate with international standards that equipped with a residential. This industrial estate is built on an area ofÂ± 218,5 ha that located in the village ofMargamulya, district of West Telukjambe, Karawang, West Java. As one of the supporting facilities and the environmental awareness then it is planned to be built Water Treatment Plant (WTP) with a capacity of 13.000 m3fday. The source of water for clean water treatment system is using the raw water from the Beet river. The units of water treatment plant are selected based on the analysis of the raw water quality of Beet River. It is compared to the regulation of the Minister of health No. 492/MEN.KESIPER/IV/2010. The parameters that need to be treated such as turbidity, ferro, fecal coliform dan total coliform. Coagulant is PAC (Poly Aluminium Chloride) with the optimumdoses of 8 ppm. And the disinfectant is Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCI) with the optimum doses of 6 ppm. The cost budget that planned to build water treatmentplants of Taiwan IndustrialPark is Rp. \'3:811.984.986,-. Daily monitoring of theentire process of processing will ensure the quality of treated water keepaccordancing with the standards used.
