Pengaruh talent management terhadap commitment to competence development yang dimediasi oleh psychological contract di PT Graha Segara
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Talent Management terhadap Commitment to Competence Development yang dimediasi olehPsychological Contract. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 115 responden Karyawan PT Graha Segara, Jakarta Utara. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan survei. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model) program yang digunakan adalah AMOS. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara Talent Managemet terhadap Commitment to Competence Development, Psychological Contract berpengaruh positif terhadap Commitment to Competence Development, Talent Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Psychological Contract, Psychological Contract memediasi Talent Management terhadap Commitment to Competence Development.
T his study aims to analyze the influence of Talent Management to Commitment to Competence Development mediated by Psychological Contract. Data obtained directly through the distribution of questionnaires to 115 respondents Employees of PT Graha Segara, North Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research is using survey. This research uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis tool used is AMOS. There is a positive influence between Talent Managemet to Commitment to Competence Development, Psychological Contract has positive effect on Commitment to Competence Development, Talent Management positively influence Psychological Contract, Psychological Contract to mediate Talent Management to Commitment to Competence Development.
