G etaran tanah akibat peledakan berdampak terhadap bangunan disekitar lokasi Pit Popor SM-B sebagai salah satu lokasi penambangan Petrosea project KJA, sehingga harus ditentukan batas muatan bahan peledak dan batas jarak aman peledakan berdasarkan Peak Particle Velocity (PPV) yang sesuai dengan SNI 7571 : 2010 tentang baku tingkat getaran peledakan pada kegiatan tambang terbuka terhadap bangunan. Perbandingan PPV atau tingkat getaran tanah aktual terhadap prediksi getaran tanah menggunakan software vibracord vibration meter dan prediksi secara manual dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana dilakukan untuk mendapatkan nilai konstanta sehingga diperoleh perhitungan PPV. Terdapat 45 data getaran tanah hasil rekam vibracord dan perhitungan scaled distance (SD) di bangunan sekitar lokasi peledakan Pit Popor SM-B untuk menghitung nilai PPV secara manual dan didapat persamaan y = 1177x-1.50. Kemudian, diperoleh persamaan PPV = 1177,3 x (SD)-1,508, sedangkan berdasarkan software vibration meter nilai PPV = 1739,57 x (SD)-1,484. Peledakan di Pit Popor SM-B masih dinyatakan “Aman” sesuai SNI 7571 : 2010.

G round vibration influenced by blasting process affect to around building at Pit Popor SM-B as one of the mine location of Petrosea KJA project, so it should determined the limitation of blast materials and limitation of explosive safety distance based on peak particle velocity (PPV) according to SNI 7571 : 2010 concerning with blast vibration levels in open pit mine to building. Comparing the PPV or the actual ground vibration level with the ground vibration prediction using vibracord vibration meter software. And, manually predicted ground vibration using a simple linier regression analysis to obtain a constanta value that was used to calculate PPV. There are 45 ground vibration data record vibracord and scaled distance calculation (SD) in around blast location at Pit Popor SM – B are using for calculated PPV values as manually equal to 1177,3 x (SD)-1,508 , where as if based on vibration meter software, the value of PPV equal to 1739,57 x (SD)-1,484 . Blasting process at Pit Popor SM-B is still “safely” as a SNI 7571 : 2010
