Kegiatanperemukandilakukanolehalatperemuk yang terkaitdenganserangkaianalatpendukungnya. Seiringdenganpeningkatanpermintaanmakadirencanakan target produksialatperemukterpasangsebesar 450.000 ton / bulan, danproduksinyataselamamelakukanpenelitianpadabulan September sebesar 319.872 ton / bulan.Dengankondisiketersediaanalat :mechanical availability90,64 %, physical availability92,13 %, use of availability 82,74 %, danefective utilization76,24 %. Upaya yang dapatdilakukanuntukmeningkatkanproduksiadalahdenganmenambah jam kerjanyatadengancaramenghilangkan jam hambatanpadasaatpergantian shift ( jam standby ), danmengoptimalkankapasitascrusher dengancaramengumpanbatubarakedalamhoppersecaraberkelanjutan.
