P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Task Conflict dan Relationship Conflict dengan Job Performance yang di mediasi oleh Job Performance. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden dari karyawan PT. Bella Citra Cikarang dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling serta menggunakan metode analisa data statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analisa structural equation modeling (SEM). Pada penelitian ini ditemukan terdapat pengaruh positif Task Conflict terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pegaruh negatif Relationship Conflict terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif Job Satisfaction terhadap Job Performance, terdapat pengaruh positif Task Conflict terhadap Job Performance, terdapat pengaruh positif Relationship Conflict terhadap Job Performance, terdapat pengaruh positif Task Conflict terhadap Job Performance melalui Job Satisfaction dan terdapat pengaruh negatif Relationship Conflict terhadap Job Performance melalui Job Satisfaction. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk manajer dalam mencegah Task Conflict perusahaan dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan memberikan training atau latihan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja kerja setiap karyawannya, mencegah Relationship Conflict perusahaan lebih sering melakukan bounding atau kegiatan bersama untuk mengetahui karakteristik setiap individu, untuk meningkatkan Job Satisfaction perusahaan dapat memotivasi, mengapresiasi dan membimbing karyawan dan serta untuk meningkatkan Job Performance perusahaan lebih memperhatikan jenjang karier karyawan, memberikan penghargaan kepada setiap karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang bagus dan tetap memberikan sistem penilian yang transparan.

T The purpose of this research is to examine effect Task Conflict, Relationship Conflict with Job Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction. Respondents in this study are 100 respondents from employee’s of PT. Bella Citra Cikarang and the sampling method using purposive sampling and using descriptive statistical analysis methods (average) and structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis tools. In this study, found that there is a positive influence on Task Conflict on Job Satisfaction, there is a negative influence on Relationship Conflict on Job Satisfaction, there is a positive influence on Job Satisfaction on Job Performance, there is a positive influence on Task Conflict on Job Performance, there is a positive influence on Relationship Conflict on Job Performance, there the positive influence of Task Conflict on Job Performance through Job Satisfaction and there is a negative influence of Relationship Conflict on Job Performance through Job Satisfaction. From the results of this study it is recommended for managers to prevent Task Conflict the company's provide training to evaluate the work performance of each employee, preventing Relationship Conflict companies more often do bounding or joint activities to find out the characteristics of each individual, to improve Job Satisfaction the company's should motivate, appreciate and guide employees and also to improve the Job Performance of the company pay more attention to employee career paths, give awards to every employee who has good performance and still provide a transparent assessment system.
