Pengaruh job rotation, succesion planning, perceived environmental support terhadap employee performance di Bank Syariah Indonesia Syariah (BNI Syariah) Kantor Cabang Tangerang
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job rotation, succession planning, perceived environmental support, terhadap employee performance. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden dari karyawan Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNI Syariah) Kantor Cabang Tangerang, dan metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah non probabilitas sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) serta menggunakan metode analisa data statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analisa regresi linear berganda. . Pada penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara job rotation terhadap employee performance, lalu terdapat pengaruh positif antara succession planning terhadap employee performance dan terdapat pengaruh antara perceived environmental support terhadap employee performance. Keterbatasan pada penelitian ini adalah hanya melibatkan responden yang menjadi karyawan Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNI Syariah) Kantor Cabang Tangerang. Implikasi penelitian ini hendaknya lebih memperhatikan kembali ketika akan mengaplikasikan job rotation, lebih memberikan informasi ketika akan melakukan pergantian jabatan, dan lebih dekat antar anggota di perusahaan agar karyawan dapat termotivasi bekerja dengan baik lagi dari sebelumnya.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of job rotation, succession planning, perceived environmental support, on employee performance. Respondents in this study amounted to 50 respondents from employees of Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNI Syariah) Tangerang Branch Office, and the sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling with saturated sampling (census) techniques and using descriptive statistical data analysis methods (average ) and multiple linear regression analysis. . In this study it was found that there was no influence between job rotation on employee performance, then there was a positive effect between succession planning on employee performance and there was an influence between perceived environmental support on employee performance. The limitation of this study is that it only involved respondents who were employees of Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNI Syariah) Tangerang Branch Office. The implications of this study should pay more attention when applying job rotation, provide more information when changing positions, and be closer between members in the company so that employees can be motivated to work well again than before.
