Abstrak
Abstract

T Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Governance,Financial Leverage dan CSR terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dengan Nilai Perusahaan sebagaivariabel pemoderasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Data penelitian didapat dari laporan keuangan dan tahunan perusahaan pada situs Bursa EfekIndonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 160 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar diBursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2013-2015. Teknik pengambilan sampel yangdigunakan adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresiberganda. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CorporateGovernance, Financial Leverage dan Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh positifterhadap Kinerja Keuangan.. Variabel moderasi Nilai Perusahaan mampu memoderasihubungan Corporate Governance dan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap KinerjaKeuangan. Variabel moderasi Nilai Perusahaan tidak mampu memoderasi hubunganFinancial Leverage terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.

T The paper aims to examine the influence of Corporate Governance, Financial Leverage,CSR, of financial performance with Firm Value as the moderating variable of manufactureslisted companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data for this research were obtained by thecompanyâ€™s annual and financial reports and the Indonesia Stock Exchangeâ€™s homepage. Thesample is based on 160 manufactures companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange forthe period 2013-2015. The sampling technique use was purposive sampling methode. Thedata analysis technique used in this study is moderated regression analysis. The results oftesting the hypothesis in this study show that Corporate Governance, Financial Leverageand Corporate Social Responsibility affect positive on the receipt of Financial Performance.Firm Value as a moderating variabel was able to moderate relationship between CorporateGovernance and Corporate Social Responsibility with Finacial Performance. Firm Value as a moderating variable was not able to moderate Finacial Leverage with MarketPerformance.
