Abstrak
Abstract

C Csr merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses masyarakat dalam rangka mencapai kondisi sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya yang lebih baik. pt. mineral trobos adalah perusahaan swasta yang beroperasi di sektor pertambangan, khususnya dalam penambangan bijih nikel. kegiatan perusahaan ini merujuk pada keputusan menteri energi dan sumber daya mineral republik indonesia nomor 1824 k/30/mem/2018, yang berisi pedoman mengenai pelaksanaan program pengembangan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat (ppm). maka pt. mineral trobos berkomitmen untuk menyusun dan melaksanakan tanggung jawab sebagai pemegang iup operasi produksi. data primer berasal dari wawancara dan kuisioner, dan data sekunder berasal dari dokumentasi. total responden penelitian, yaitu 186 (94 desa kapaleo dan 91 desa elfanun). sampel diambil dengan cara random sampling. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu mixed method dan sampel yang di uji menggunakan software spss 27. uji hipotesis digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat dari variabel program csr (x) terhadap variabel kesejahteraan masyarakat (y) dan penilaian secara kuantitatif menggunakan skala interval dari perhitungan skala likert. hasil hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel program csr (x) mempengatuhi variabel kesejahteraan masyarakat (y). hasil uji t sebesar 13,558 > 1,986 (thitung > ttabel) dengan dengan nilai signifikasi 0,001 di desa kapaleo dan untuk desa elfanun hasil uji t 12,573 > 1,986 (thitung > ttabel) dengan nilai signifikasi 0,001. hasil uji determinasi 0.666 untuk desa kapaleo dan 0,640 untuk desa elfanun, oleh karena itu pengaruh variabel (x) terhadap variabel sebesar 66% di desa kapaleo dan 64% di desa elfanun. dari hasil perhitungan skala likert dengan metode skala interval didapati bahwa seluruh responden desa kapaleo dan desa elfanun sangat setuju terhadap implementasi csr yang dilakukan oleh pt. mineral trobos. hal ini dibuktikan dengan skor rata â€“ rata desa kapaleo 4,33 dan desa elfanun 4,44, jika dilihat dari tabel interval maka seluruh responden menjawab sangat setuju sehingga dapat di artikan bahwa seluruh responden merasa puas terhadap program csr yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan.

C Csr is a series of activities aimed at improving community access in order to achieve better social, economic, and cultural conditions. pt. mineral trobos is a private company operating in the mining sector, particularly in nickel ore mining. the company\\\'s activities refer to the decree of the minister of energy and mineral resources of the republic of indonesia number 1824 k / 30 / mem / 2018, which contains guidelines regarding the implementation of the community development and empowerment (ppm) program. therefore, pt. mineral trobos is committed to compiling and carrying out responsibilities as a holder of a production operation iup. primary data comes from interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data comes from documentation. the total number of research respondents is 186 (94 kapaleo villages and 91 elfanun villages). the sample was taken by random sampling. the method used in the study is the mixed method, and the samples were tested using spss 27 software. hypothesis testing is used to determine the causal relationship of the csr program variable (x) to the community welfare variable (y), and quantitative assessment uses an interval scale from the likert scale calculation. the results of the research hypothesis indicate that the csr program variable (x) influences the community welfare variable (y). the t-test results are 13.558 > 1.986 (t count > t table) with a significance value of 0.001 in kapaleo village, and for elfanun village, the t-test results are 12.573 > 1.986 (t count > t table) with a significance value of 0.001. the results of the determination test are 0.666 for kapaleo village and 0.640 for elfanun village, therefore the influence of the variable (x) on the variable is 66% in kapaleo village and 64% in elfanun village. from the results of the likert scale calculation with the interval scale method, it was found that all respondents in kapaleo village and elfanun village strongly agreed with the implementation of csr carried out by pt. mineral trobos. this is proven by the average score of kapaleo village of 4.33 and elfanun village of 4.44, if seen from the interval table, all respondents answered strongly agree, so it can be interpreted that all respondents were satisfied with the csr program carried out by the company.
