Hubungan status gizi dengan lingkar kepala dan perkembangan motorik kasar balita usia 1-2 tahun di RSU Bunda Margonda
M Masa anak dibawah lima tahun ialah periode paling penting pada tumbuh kembanganak disebabkan pertumbuhan serta perkembangan basis yang terjadi dimasa balitahendak memberi dampak serta menetapkan tiap perkembangan anak berikutnya.Tumbuh kembang ialah proses yang berkesinambungan yang berlangsung dengankonsepsi serta terus terjadi sampai dewasa. Selain menghadapi pertumbuhan fisik yangpesat, perkembangan daya otak penting pula guna proses belajar serta pengayaanperkembangan intelegensi, keterampilan motorik, berbicara beserta bahasa, besertasosial serta kemandirian.METODEPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain potonglintang, dilakukan pada 122 responden usia 1-2 tahun. Variabel yang diperoleh adalahstatus gizi dan lingkar kepala dengan perkembangan motorik kasar menggunakanKPSP. Analisis dara dilakukan dengan uji Fischer dengan tingkat kemaknaan p<0,05.HASILTerdapat 122 responden dimana status gizi didominasi dengan gizi normal (69,7%),lingkar kepala didominasi dengan normosefali (95,1%) dan motorik kasar didominasidengan sesuai (94,3%) Uji Fischer diperoleh terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antarastatus gizi dengan motorik kasar (p=0,00) dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermaknaantara status gizi dengan lingkar kepala (p=0,528).KESIMPULANPada penelitian ini didapatkan adanya hubungan bermakna antara status gizi denganperkembangan motorik kasar pada anak usia 1-2 tahun. Pada penelitian ini tidakdidapatkan hubungan bermakna antara status gizi dengan lingkar kepala pada balitausia 1-2 tahun.

The variables obtained were nutritionalstatus and head circumference with gross motor development using KPSP. Dataanalysis was performed using the Fischer test with a significance level of p<0.05.RESULTThere were 122 respondents where nutritional status was dominated by normalnutrition (69,7%), head circumference was dominated by normocephaly (95,1%) andgross motor skills were dominated by appropriate (94.3%) Fischer test found that therewas a significant relationship between nutritional status with gross motor skills(p=0,00) and there was no significant relationship between nutritional status and headcircumference (p=0,528).CONCLUSIONIn this study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between nutritionalstatus and gross motor development in children aged 1-2 years.
