C Covid-19 is a disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus infection discovered in Wuhan,China. The high morbidity and mortality rates make it vital to find out the optimaltreatment for Covid-19. A hematology routine examination is a blood sampleexamination with various diagnostic benefits. This study is establishing thecorrelation between hematology laboratory routine results with the treatmentlength for Covid-19 patients in the hospital.METHODSAn analytic observational method with a cross-sectional approach is applied in thisstudy. Consecutive sampling was used in this study, including 187 samples withage ≥26 years old. Data collection was carried out using secondary data frommedical records of positive Covid-19 patients based on PCR examination. The datathen processed with SPSS using univariate and bivariate analysis with the chisquaretest.RESULTSData processed using the chi-square statistical test to find out the relationship. Theresults were obtained at the age of p=0.000, gender obtained p=0.29, leukocytesobtained p=0.469, eosinophils obtained p=0.608, lymphocytes obtained p =0.025.For erythrocytes, p=0.608, hemoglobin got p=0.195, hematocrit got p=0.960, anderythrocytes got p=0.687.CONCLUSIONThere is a relationship between age and lymphocytes with the patient length of stay. There are no any correlation found between gender, leukocytes, erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets, and eosinophils with the length of stay of Covid-19 patients.
