S Since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 had impact on the implementation of health programs, especially routine immunization services. Immunizations must still be pursued complete and on schedule to protect children from vaccine preventable diseases (VPDs) even in a pandemic situation. The research is a descriptive observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The study used data-based Routine Immunization for infants aged 0-12 months at Community Health Center in Wates in 2019 (before the pandemic) and 2020 (during the pandemic), primary data through an online questionnaire to 9 midwives, 152 cadres, and 1 surveillance officer. Univariate data analysis used descriptive statistics in percentage and frequency distribution according to the research variables. The results of the analysis show that the evaluation of the readiness of the routine immunization service implementation system in Wates in 2019 (before the COVID-19 pandemic) can be carried out well, while in 2020 (during the COVID-19 pandemic) has not been carried out properly, even though immunization activities are in accordance with existing standard procedures, but the health protocols and VPDs surveillance activities have not been implemented optimally. The evaluation of the readiness of the routine immunization target in 2019 can be achieved well so that it reaches Universal Coverage Immunization, but in 2020 the coverage decreased and did not reach Universal Coverage Immunization. The limited activities in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic affect the work system of routine immunization services and result in routine immunization coverage.
