A Analisis Keandalan Sistem Distribusi BerdasarkanIndeks Keandalan SAIDI dan SAIFI Pada PT.PLN(Persero) UP3 MENTENGTingkat keandalan sistem distribusi dapat dipengaruhi oleh sistempendistribusiannya,diperlukan sistem distribusi tenaga listrik dengan keandalanyang baik. Suatu sistem distribusi dapat dikatakan andal apabila gangguan danpemadaman yang terjadi dalam periode waktu tertentu dibawah angka indekskeandalan yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisiskeandalan sistem distribusi tenaga listrik berdasarkan indeks keandalan SystemAverage Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI) dan System Average InterruptionFrequency Index (SAIFI) pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Menteng menggunakandata laporan monitoring gangguan selama periode Januari hingga Desember2020 serta membandingkan nilai SAIDI dan SAIFI sesuai standar nilai yangditentukan oleh SPLN 68-2 : 1986, IEEE std 1366 – 2003 serta WCS (WorldClass Service). Berdasarkan analisa indeks keandalan System AverageInterruption Duration Index (SAIDI) dan System Average InterruptionFrequency Index (SAIFI) pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Menteng tahun 2020mencapai angka 149,9045 jam/pelanggan/tahun dan mencapai angka 491,1878kali/pelanggan/tahun. Maka berdasarkan indeks keandalan PT. PLN (Persero)UP3 Menteng dikategorikan tidak handal karena nilai SAIDI dan SAIFI tidakmemenuhi standar nilai yang ditentukan oleh SPLN 68-2 : 1986, IEEE std 1366– 2003 serta WCS (World Class Service).
A Analysis of Distribution System Reliability Based onSAIDI and SAIFI Reliability Indices at PT.PLN(Persero) UP3 MENTENGThe level of reliability of the distribution system can be influenced by thedistribution system. It requires an electric power distribution system with goodreliability. A distribution system can be said to be reliable if the disturbancesand blackouts that occur within a certain period of time are below the specifiedreliability index numbers. This study aims to analyze the reliability of thepower distribution system based on the reliability index of the System AverageInterruption Duration Index (SAIDI) and the System Average InterruptionFrequency Index (SAIFI) at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Menteng used disturbancemonitoring report data for the period January to December 2020 andcompared SAIDI and SAIFI values according to the standard valuesdetermined by SPLN 68-2: 1986, IEEE std 1366-2003 and WCS (World ClassService). Based on the reliability index analysis of the System AverageInterruption Duration Index (SAIDI) and the System Average InterruptionFrequency Index (SAIFI) at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Menteng in 2020 reached149,9045 hours / customer / year and reached 491,1878 times / customer /year. Based on the reliability index of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Menteng iscategorized as unreliable because the SAIDI and SAIFI values do not meet thestandard values set by SPLN 68-2: 1986, IEEE std 1366 - 2003 and WCS(World Class Service).
