S Sumber daya manusia merupakan kunci dalam keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan harus fokus pada peningkatan kualitasnya. Salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), yang dipengaruhi oleh effective leadership, workplace spirituality, dan job satisfaction. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh effective leadership dan workplace spirituality terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour yang dimediasi job satisfaction di Mandiri University Group di Jakarta. Pengumpulan data berlangsung secara Cross Sectional dan data bersifat primer, adapun data dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui G-form yang diisi oleh 220 karyawan Mandiri University Group di Jakarta. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan yakni pengujian instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas serta Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan uji statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan SPSS dan Amos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa effective Leadership memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour melalui job satisfaction. Manajer dan pemimpin di Mandiri University Group di Jakarta perlu memberikan perhatian lebih pada aspek-aspek yang dapat meningkatkan job satisfaction dan workplace spirituality untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis dalam pengembangan model organizational citizenship behaviour melalui job satisfaction dan workplace spirituality.

One important factor that influences employee performance is organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), which is influenced by effective leadership, workplace spirituality, and job satisfaction. This research examines the influence of effective leadership and workplace spirituality on organizational citizenship behavior which is mediated by job satisfaction at the Mandiri University Group in Jakarta. Data collection took place in a cross-sectional manner and the data was primary, while the data was collected by distributing questionnaires via G-form which were filled in by 220 Mandiri University Group employees in Jakarta. The data processing techniques used are instrument validity and reliability testing as well as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and descriptive statistical tests using SPSS and Amos. The research results show that effective leadership has a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction. Managers and leaders at Mandiri University Group in Jakarta need to pay more attention to aspects that can increase job satisfaction and workplace spirituality to achieve organizational goals effectively. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions in developing a model of organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction and workplace spirituality.
