P Pada zaman yang penuh dengan pengembangan teknologi dan informasi ini, diperlukan teknologi yang handal untuk dapat mengatasi sistem yang digunakan. Misalnya di lingkungan bisnis, semakin banyaknya jenis bisnis maka dibutuhkannya suatu sistem yang dapat menjaga hubungan antara pihak perusahaan dengan pihak pelanggan. Salah satu keberadaan sistem aplikasi yang dikembangkan berbasis web akan mempermudah pengguna dalam penggunaannya terutama dalam pengembangan sistem aplikasi yang ruang lingkup bisnisnnya kecil seperti pengembangan web untuk wisma pangeran. Wisma Pangeran bergerak dalam bidang hunian berbentuk Wisma, dimana pihak Pengelola membutuhkan suatu sistem aplikasi sederhana yang user friendly dan dapat diakses juga oleh pengunjung. Sistem aplikasi web yang dikembangkan untuk wisma pangeran menggunakan metodologi unified process. Metodologi ini mencakup Analisis, Architectural Design, Component Engineering, Component Composition, Testing. Diharapkan pada aplikasi ini dapat melihat jadwal kamar yang belum terisi ataupun sudah terisi secara on/ine. laporan transaksi penyewaan kamar, form testimonial dari pengunjung, serta dapat melihat fasilitas yang disediakan oleh pihak wisma secara foto maupun virtual reality.

I In this era full of technological and information development, reliable technology is needed to be able to overcome the system used. For example, in the business environment, the more types of businesses there are, the more a system is needed that can maintain the relationship between the company and the customer. One of the existence of a web-based application system that is developed will make it easier for users to use it, especially in the development of application systems whose business scope is small, such as web development for Wisma Pangeran. Wisma Pangeran is engaged in the field of housing in the form of Wisma, where the Management needs a simple application system that is user friendly and can also be accessed by visitors. The web application system developed for Wisma Pangeran uses the unified process methodology. This methodology includes Analysis, Architectural Design, Component Engineering, Component Composition, Testing. It is expected that this application can see the schedule of rooms that have not been filled or have been filled online. room rental transaction reports, testimonial forms from visitors, and can see the facilities provided by the Wisma in photos or virtual reality.
