P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leader member exchange(LMX) dan job satisfaction terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational identification pada karyawan perusahaan farmasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan responden yang didapat sesuai kriteria dengan metode pengambilan sampel sensus sebanyak 320 karyawan dari 2 perusahaan farmasi yaitu PT Kalbe Farma,Tbk dan anak perusahaannya PT Bifarma Adiluhung. Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional dengan pengolahan datanya menggunakan sortware SPSSversi 25.0 dan AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa leader member exchange memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational identification, job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational identification,organizational identification memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, leader member exchange memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee performance,job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, leader member exchange memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational identification, job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational identification. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajemen perusahaan agar dapat membangun hubungan yang baik antara atasan dan bawahan diperusahaan sehingga karyawan dapat merasakan suasana dan lingkungan yang nyaman ditempat kerja dan menganggap pekerjaan mereka merupakan sesuatu yang berharga yang dapat meningkatkan organizational identification yang kemudian mempengaruhi peningkatan employee performance

T This study aims to analyze the effect of leader member exchange (LMX) and job satisfaction on employee performance mediated by organizational identification in pharmaceutical company employees in Jakarta. This study used respondents obtained according to the criteria using the census sampling method of 320 employees from 2 pharmaceutical companies, namely PT Kalbe Farma,Tbk and its subsidiary PT Bifarma Adiluhung. This study used cross sectional data processing using sortware SPSS 25.0 and AMOS version 24. The results of this study indicate that leader member exchange has a positive effect on organizational identification, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational identification, organizational identification has a positive effect on employee performance, leaders member exchange has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, leader member exchange has a positive effect on employee performance mediated by organizational identification, job satisfaction has a positive influence on employee performance mediated by organizational identification. From the results of this study it is hoped that it can provide input for company management so that they can build good relationships between superiors and subordinates in the company so that employees can feel a comfortable atmosphere and environment at work and consider their work to be something valuable which can increase organizational identification which then affects improvement employee performance.
