T The development planning of main pipe distribution of PDAM planning are Tirta Raharja branch 2 and 3, bandung sub-district serves 10 sub-districts within population total amount of 1.432.677 presons in 2013. This planning consists of 3 phases, which are : Ist phase (short term) until 2020, 2 nd phase (average term) until 2025, and 3 rd phase (long term) until 2035. The scope of exiting condition is about 8,36% (125.301 persons), in the other hand the percentage of service scope in ist phase is about 11,44% (187.529 persons), 2nd phase is about 22,76% (418.805 persons) and for 3rd phase is about 79,30% (1.557.402 persons). The develop planning water source comes from Citarum lake which has 150 L/sec 1st step within Majalaya, Rancaekek, Cicalengka, and Cikancung sub-district as the main target; and also from Citarum lake tributary which has 450 L/sec for 2nd phase for all of 2 and 3 branch region. The alternative distribution which is chosen is 1 alternative. This system has 3 reservoirs, which are : reservoir 1 (R1) in Ciparaya sub-district within + 752 m elevation reservoir 2 (R2) in Pacet sub-district within + 1072 m elevation, and reservoir 3 (R3) in Ciparay sub-distric within + 770 m. The clean water from R2 in the amount of 3253,72 l/sec. is being transferred to R3, using transmission pipe which has 800 mm diameter and 3102 m length. The mainpipe uses galvanized type, which has 100 mm diameter until 1300 mm with 138.484 m length. The total cost of the chosen development planning of PDAM Tirta Raharja branch 2 and 3 is about Rp. 141.358.777.920,00 that covered reservoir development, the installation of distribution pipes therewith its accessory, and the instalation of clean water pipes transmission therewith its accssory. The cost of phsing is divided into 3 phases which are 1st phase for Rp. 37.314.647.153.97: 2nd phase for Rp. 58.643.001.809,72; and 3rd phase for Rp. 108.685.809.48.58.
