P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh worklife balance, employee voice behavior, dan organizational culture terhadap intention to stay karyawan perusahaan start up Pendidikan di Jakarta. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan membagikan kuesioner secara online menggunakan Google Form. Data dikumpulkan dari 115 karyawan perusahaan start up pendidikan di Jakarta dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan mencari rata-rata dan untuk pengujian hipotesis diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa worklife balance, employee voice behavior, dan organizational culture memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intention to stay.Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan perlu fokus pada evaluasi kebijakan dan program untuk mendukung keseimbangan kehidupan dalam bekerja, serta memantau dan menyelesaikan isu-isu yang mempengaruhi kualitas unit kerja secara terus-menerus. Selain itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk memastikan bahwa sistem kompensasi di perusahaan sesuai bagi karyawan yang berinovasi dan menunjukkan tingkat kreativitas yang tinggi, agar karyawan dapat mempertahankan intention to stay di perusahaan tersebut.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of worklife balance, employee voice behavior, and organizational culture on the intention to stay of employees of start-up education companies in Jakarta. The data collected in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form. Data were collected from 115 employees of start-up education companies in Jakarta with data collection techniques using purposive sampling. Data analysis using descriptive statistics by finding the average and for hypothesis testing is processed using SPSS version 24. The results of hypothesis testing in this study found that worklife balance, employee voice behavior, and organizational culture have a positive influence on intention to stay.The managerial implication of this research is that companies need to focus on evaluating policies and programs to support work-life balance, as well as monitoring and resolving issues that affect the quality of work units on an ongoing basis. In addition, it is important for companies to ensure that the compensation system in the company is suitable for employees who innovate and show a high level of creativity, so that employees can maintain their intention to stay in the company.
