Abstract

P Penyediaan air bersih untuk PT. Pratama Abadi Industri sarnpai saat rm diambil dari air tanah. ~=r:P~'1kaian air tanah secaru kor.tinu da.am jumlah yang banyak dapat menyebabkan ::,enurunan muka tanah sehingga tcrjadi penurunan kualitas air. Oleh sebac itu. PT. Pratama Abadi Industri ingin memanfaatkan kembali air limbah yang sudah melalui proses pengolahan pada IPAL (recycle effluent IPAL) d.n ai. '.;:y--gai sebagai sumber air baku IPA. Perencanaan ini bertuj uan untuk rnerancang 1 ij A sampai dengan akhir tahun perencanaan dengan kapasitas produksi, berdasarkan saat jumlah produksi sepatu maksimum 1.100.00 pasang, yaitu sebesar 2434 L/detik dan asumsi kehilangan air di instalasi sebesar4.2%. sehingga kapasitas produksi fetal IPA menjadi 25A 1 L/detik, dengan demikian diperoleh persentase campuran air Baku yaitu outlet IP AL sebesar 5,4% ( 1,3 L/detik) dan $ungai Cisadane 9~,oo/o (2411 L/

W Water supply at PT. Pratama Abadi Industri is used groundwater until now. The water distribution capacity is 24,34 Lis based on calculation result, if maximum shoe's production 1.100.000 set. Since the water loss at the plant is assumed 4,3% so the water treatment plant capacity is 25,41 Lis. The water treatment plant consists of coagulation and flocculation tank, sedimentation tank, filtration, and disinfection. Type of coagulation and flocculation tank is hydraulic ones. The coagulation is using hydraulic jump with gradient velocity (G) about 769,41/detik with detention time (td) 28,34; I units is horizontal baffle channel on hexagonal shape with 4 compartments 011 each unit gradient velocity (G) of flocculation is about 50/detik and detention time (td) is 30 minutes. There are 2 sedimemation tanks with rectangular shape using plate settler, with surface loading (SL) of each unit is 90 m3/m2h. The chemical coagulant is PAC in liquid with 33ppm dosage and total needs for a day: is 72,45 kg/day. Eor the disinfectant, the chemical is chlorine with total needs for a: aay is 9 kg/day and 22,87 ppm dosage.
