Abstract

T Teknologi Code Division Multiple Access 2000 lx Evolusi Data Only (CDMA2000 lx EV-DO) merupakan pengembangan dari CDMA 2000 lx, namun hanya memberikan penekanan dalam memberikan layanan data berkecepatan tinggi.Untuk menjamin kualitas layanan data terhadap pelanggan dapat optimal, maka diperlukan suatu analisis yang tepat untuk mengetahui throughput yang diterima pelanggan.Dalam tugas akhir ini dianalisis proses pengujian yang dilakukan dengan caramengumpulkan data seperti call processing, round trip delay, kecepatan akses data untuk setiap user serta total throughput tiap sektor pada site Segi Tiga Emas Jakarta milik PT Indosat.Dari basil analisis yang telah dilakukan pada jaringan lxEVDO sangat cukupefektif bagi user yang mempunyai mobilitas tinggi dan kebutuhan layanan akses data yang cepat. hal itu terlihat dari pengujian Single User Forward Throughput posisi Near-Far dengan kecepatan 0-60 krnJh maupun dari 60-100 krnJh dapat diperoleh rata rata download speed lebih dari 1 Mbps.

T The CDMA2000 1x EV-DO technology is a development of CDMA2000 lx technology, but only give emphasis in giving high-speed data services. To guarantee that data services quality to the customer can be optimum, then it is needed a quick analyzing to get description the throughput that is received by subscriber.This script was analyzed by an examination process conducted by collectingdata, such as call processing , round trip delay, speed of data access to every user and also totalize throughput of every sector at site Segi Tiga Emas Jakarta in PT Indosat.Based on the analyze, network lxEVDO effective enough for user who has high mobility and needed of fast service of data access. That matter is seen from testing of Single User Forward Throughput of the Near-Far Position with speed 0-60 kmlh and also from 60-100 kmlh then the average download speed can be known more than 1 Mbps.
